T.J. Maxx is in a convenient area for me to drop in on my lunch break. I like their prices, however the selection for bathroom accessories needs to be added to. There werent any sets available and while looking for a gift in there home area, there were way too many damaged items. I also like my clothes to be on hangers when I leave instead of rumpled up in a bag. They do not let you take home hangers and told me they needed them to restock. I think if you want you clothes on hangers you should have that option.

I dont know why this place has negative reviews, but the customer service here is truly outstanding, the prices are amazing, and they have a lot of neat stuff. My wife returned things that had no receipt and that she bought a long time ago and yet they gladly exchanged them for store credit. The location is convenient, and the parking is fantastic. The store may be a little small compared to other locations, but nevertheless you should disregard the negative reviews and check this location out.

I came all the way for nothing.................... On their website and Google said the store is open at 8:00 am - 11:00 pm. The store is not yet opened. I called for customer service and not answering the phone. Is this serious... Wow!!! Then why they submit hours. Everybody comes in at 8:00 am and staff are there and does not open the door. They just not respond any action, what so ever.

Needed help in jewelry Dept, and the two ladies were too busy to see if I needed help. One appeared to be a "manager" training the other. When I got around to where they were, she barely moved out of the way so that I could see in the case. Went to the back of store to look at something, came back to the jewelry counter, and was still not addressed. POOR customer service.

They seem to have inherited cheaper style/looking clothes over the years, but I still find a few interesting housewares here. A bit of everything from toys, clothes, jewelry kitchen items, etc. Off of 75, pretty easy to find.
