TERRIBLE. My husband and I decided to use the self-checkout. The lady there (Blonde hair, glasses, probably in her 50s) was the most rude employee we have EVER come across. She kept sticking her nose into what we had, trying to "help" us and acted like we had no idea what we were doing. (My husband worked for Walmart so he knew EXACTLY what he was doing) She kept coming over and touching our stuff and messing up the computer. She was super snotty and acted like we were going to steal something. Then, the computer said that the employee needed to check an unbagged item, a batman lego poster. It said right on the computer what she needed to check!!) She stomped over all bitchy and proceeded to tell us that she needed to take out ALL of our items and go through EVERYTHING!!!! "UGGGH Now I have to take out and go through everything." (Thats what she said) We had almost 200 dollars worth already put into our cart! By this time, we were running late to pick up our son from school. We had NO time for this bullcrap. This woman should be FIRED. My husband got so upset that we walked out.

Brought back Aussie shampoo and conditioner that I was unsatisfied with for exchange to get another shampoo and conditioner but I was refused because I didnt have my receipt. I told the associates I paid with my credit card and they could look it up, but they refused to and told me to take the products. I left disgusted and really hope they get the proper customer service training. Being rude and telling the other associate that they wouldnt take it back because its used in front of the customer is mean and no customer should have to put up with it. Of course its used my family used it once and we were unsatisfied with it. This happened on March 15, 2016 around 6:30 pm Wal-Mart store #1627 in the customer service area. There was 2 ladys that dont know how to work the customer service area and should be stocking the store shelves instead of working in the customer service area.

Its cheap. Need I say more! I truly wish that theyd start getting in A LOT more items that are made in America. And every time that I find a product that I really like, they discontinue It! They keep telling me that if I call management and ask them to bring these items back in, that they will. Ive called numerous times, about different products, and not once have they they ordered the item back in! Im also sick of buying food that when you get it home, you find that its spoiled when you you open it and produce and meat that tastes absolutely HORRID. Their hamburger is VILE and Ive searched online as to why and there are so many complaints about it. Im disabled and dont have money to waste! Nobody does!

Last night I went to do a little late night shopping. Air fresheners, floor mats for my car, just pick up a few things. And as I was browsing the store I noticed that I was being followed. And OK I understand "secret shopping" but this lady was following me! Seriously why dont you go catch actual thieves rather than stalking a PAYING CUSTOMER to the point that she is uncomfortable. Completely unacceptable!

About the time you find a product you like, they discontinue it and wont get it back in. Everything comes from China. The fresh fruit and vegetables are getting better though but WHATS UP WITH THE NASTY HAMBURGER AND BEEF?? SUPER GROSS!! I wont even begin to contemplate buying "fresh" meat there and everybody I know says the same thing. Were low income/ elderly and wont waste our money on the slime.

If I could give less than one star I would. I am from southern MN on my way to Montana. My tire has been leaking and needing to be filled every hour for the past 5 hours. Stopped in, 3 hours before the tire center closed and they said they didnt have time to help me. Im driving across the country with 2 kids, and they turned me away. Completely unacceptable and horibble customer service.

Not the best walmart. They ran out of vegetables, package food, eggs possibly everything you can think of and they are not good at stocking either. I sincerely think they are short handed and you can hardly find any associates who can help you if you have any questions. But again its Walmart and its cheap.

Many employees at this Walmart have been rude to me at the times Ive been there. It still provides the services you need from a Walmart, but something about this specific atmosphere makes it feel colder than it should, and I havent seen a friendly face when Ive been there.

Usually a great place to grab a few items quick. Never had a problem with any staff here. Had to speak with general store manager a couple times about the larger carts made for 2-3 kids being left outside instead of being put in the store. Handled the situation very well.

Everything I need to survive in this concrete jungle. I hate the fact that every Walmart store I enter cant keep there headphone and bluetooth speaker demo stands working properly. They all suck. Somebody could capitalize on this job opening.

Win in store around 530 tire buy some tires, Google maps said tire and line open 24 hours but Im at the auto entrance at 8:12 now and still lock plus at 530 was told that opens at 8, not 24 hours. Theres other people waiting to get in

I went in for a game and they told me to come back in an hour because they had it but needed to find it then when I showed up an hour later they had me sit there for 20 minutes then decided to tell me they didnt get any copies of it.

It is a Walmart, what can you really say? They have just about everything and this location doesnt have any issues. It does have one the most badly designed parking lot to road access that I have ever encountered at any location.

This Walmart is rarely overcrowded and usually well-stocked. Its the only grocery store in town to regularly have Blueberry Morning cereal on the shelf (although thats a small deal). The store is a clean and pleasant experience.

The Wal-Mart is decent with a good selection and variety. But the auto shop....stay away from it! They made our fairly new car leak oil. And then claimed they "couldnt see it" and refused to do anything about it. It was awful.

Everything is cheaper there the service is wonderful there I love the fact that there are greeters and they are respectful and polite I love shopping there it is my favorite place to shop Walmart is amazing

Larger Super center with full amenities. Subway Restaurant. Full grocery and attached liquor store. Tire service was fast and friendly. Bathrooms are always clean. Lots of lines open easy in and out.

Its on the outskirts of town and you have to drive all the way through the parking lot to get out. I assume it will get better as the community develops around it. Otherwise, its a regular Walmart!

Its a Walmart. Like most, it has large amounts of lower priced stuff intermixed with some good deals. Its in a high traffic shopping zone so driving delays can be irksome during rush hours.
