Cleanest Ross store Ive been to so far. Needs more of boy and mens selection. Over half the store is womens clothing, and while I appreciate that for my own personal shopping needs, this store is disappointing when I am shopping for my sons. Most employees are friendly and helpful. One of the dressing room attendants was very rude to myself and other customers, but one bad apple, in this case, does not ruin the whole bunch. Overall good experience.

Have some good stuff but it was so dirty each time i went then went to check out and there was only one lady who kept just helping people who stood in the return line so after about 5 minutes i ask her is she checking out or what cuz Im just getting ignored and she tells me that she only does returns and that their is NO CASHIER! RIDICULOUS! And Ive gotten checked out by that return line side before so dont see how that time was different.

Waited in line for 25 plus minutes to pay. Only one cashier and was doing only one cashier and was doing both checkouts and returns. Never requested help. I watch three people drop their stuff and leave while in line to pay

Absolutely love Ross! Youll find almost everything you are looking for. Vast variety of goods. Very Friendly staff. Sometime a little disorganized store but perfectly understandable.

Staff is friendly and selection is decent. Unfortunately the staff cant keep up with cleaning up after the customers. No fault of the staff, people just dont put stuff back.
