Never been to this location. Thought is give then a try. Looked up the hours of operation, 11am-8pm.. awesome, they even have an automotive section, even better. This means they might actually have tools, unlike EVERY OTHER SEARS IN THE Metroplex . Leave the store in Frisco because they have nothing for tool supply. Drive all the way down, walk up to the door, and the side door was locked. No big deal. Lots of places lock the side door. Went to the front, locked also. No signs of notice of closure... I wasted so much gas today going to sears today. SEARS, what happened? You used to be a decent place to go look for tools and shop supplies... Im going home empty-handed. .... I dont even like going to home Depot or lowes, but it looks like I dont have a choice anymore. ..

This Sears location is like attending a business funeral in a bad part of town. Have been expecting the place to close due to lack of merchandise, poor service, and few customers. Valley View Mall itself is slowing dying as prime anchor tenants have left over the years without being replaced by comparable retailers. If you want to go to a nice Sears, drive north to the one in Frisco at Stonebriar Mall. The Stonebriar location isnt great but at least its clean, is likely to have what you want, and the customer base doesnt look like its out on parole. I wouldnt want to be in the parking lot at the Valley View location after the sunset.

The worst customer service ever. I bought tire from them and it cost me $1000 plus alignment . They did a bad work and one of my tires was flat the next day .When i went back to the store , the gave the worst attitude and told me that they needed to charge me $ 24 to check my tires and they had me sign paper for that . Luckily the mechanic guy told the store manger in front of me that his crew screwed up and and id a bad job installing my tires .There so many other stores that would love your money and business and treat you with respect so avoid these crooks

The worst company I have ever seen. When we purchased our new appliances we paid for delivery. After getting a call they would be at our house in ten minutes, they never showed. I called the store and they said there is nothing they could do about it, and the delivery would have to be several days later. The CS employee was very unhelpful and rude. I will never do business with this company again.

piece of crap, i had a 1/2 inch ratchet that broke and they didnt want to replace it and only fixed the switch for tighten and loosen which was still loose after replacing it, supposedly life time warranty they just want to give you refurbished tools. last time i went the shoes dept was very messy, very few selection in clothing , employees are rude and security does not do their job properly , no wonder people get away with stealing because there are no sensors on the metal detectors nor active security on guard!

Service here is non existent, They have closed one whole floor and squished everything together. Tearing down some of the mall, as I post this. Probably wont be here much longer, hence the lack of staff and selection.
