My husband came inside this store because my mom always come to sho here. My husband has always been buying his watches at Macys but this time he came here to purchase a Michael kors smart watch and the rude lady who was helping him make the purchase kept asking him if he was sure if he wanted to buy it and even kept re counting the money and she checked every single one too see if it was real. I dont know if it was the way he was dressed because it was his off day and he had comfortable clothes on or because he is Hispanic. Such rude service so he took his purchase back to Macys. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Well, I first went to find perfume for men and they did not carry an individual perfume, but instead they had the kit which has a big perfume, a travel one and a cream. Why they wouldnt have just one perfume for customers to choose that option? I do not understand. Then I went to the shoes department to find boots in the mens section. My size is an 8 and the person working in shoes said he didnt have any shoes in size 8 and they only ran up to an 8 and a half. They do not have much variety in boots. I walked out not having found what I needed and I am very disappointed and if I could rate 0, I definitely would!

Horrible company to work for, the way they treat their people are like slaves. I remember all the overnights I had to do that were off the clock and they still owe me $800 for two weeks worth of work. I used to work for Saks and went to the Belk company (since I was unable to relocate) and the way they overworked their employees and with little respect was just repulsive, Im looking into being part of the civil suit they have against them. If you are a consumer and have a bad experience there is a very good reason! They do NOT put their people first.

Great Customer service. ☆ Dominique in SHOES☆ AT BELK, GALLERIA DALLAS, is AWESOME. Beautiful store with GREAT everything..... AT EVEN BETTER PRICES!!! ...couldnt have been happier with my experience visiting the store for the FIRST time. I will definetely be returning to buy whatever Im looking for in the future. She was very courteous, professional and helpful over the phone and she was just as pleasant and professional in person when I picked up my wallet. Perfect example of top notch customer service/care. The sales person who help at the kids department was helpful. But home and womens clothing department was the sales person just stairing at me no greeting no help I spent 100 us on kids i would spend more on the other department no one seems interested to help me with my three kids.

The lady in shoes was super sweet and helpful. Jewelry on the other hand completely ignored me and offered to assist new customers walking up rather than me who had been waiting for 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter... for that service Ill shop somewhere else

This is another store, that gives me another reason to visit Galleria. Dept are well set up and easy to find. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I bought some items from the Hosiery dept and the lady was helpful. It was very well organized.

Belk at the Galleria in Dallas offers a good selection of designer merchandise at discounts. I found beautiful gifts this weekend at the jewelry counter. The staff was exceptionally helpful and I was quickly in and out of the store.

Clothing is fair quality, but most of the staff seems unhappy. That is most likely because they are under paid and not treated well I shop there when I need something and dont have time to go to Nordstrom or Loft or a boutique.

The sales are frequent and the discounts deep. Wide selection like any department store. The best part is that they carry my suit size, 42 short, with more choices than I am used to seeing in one place.
