I shop at this walmart very regularly as I live close. There is a lady named Martha who is supposed to be a greeter and instead she is a very rude and unfriendly woman. She has harassed me at Christmas time wanting to see my receipt, I showed it to her and then she didnt believe that I had bought all the stuff in my cart which was a lot and made me take everything out of my cart, after she seen I had all the items in my cart she then proceeded to not believe the price I paid for them and made me wait along time until she did a price check.She was very rude and made me feel like a criminal in front of other people. Today I was harassed by her again. She had seen I had 2 items which I paid for in a checkout where somebody checked me out. She singled me out while 3 other people leaving the store at the same time. She demanded to see my receipt and when I declined she told me to never come to that Walmart again! Please get rid of this associate as she is very rude and unprofessional. You are loosing business because of her..

Its so/so. The store itself is pretty clean. The products need better organizing however. People never hang things back where the found them therefore everything ends up looking like a mess or thrown on shelves. The workers dont clean them. They should hire workers to organize specific sections of the store to keep everything looking more tidy and in place. Its also frustrating to have a cashier who can barely speak English. It takes forever to understand them and theyre usually not friendly. They need more personable workers, if they dont want to be there in sure theres a line of people that would gladly take their job.

this walmart store is the best store ive been to! Everything is stocked and easy to find. All employees are helpful and friendly. I really wish the 13th ave store would follow in their footsteps, minus the tall gentleman in electronis who is extremely helpful in the 13th ave store. There also is a guy in health and beauty dep. with glasses at the 13th ave store that is by far the best employee ive ever encountered at a walmart store. keep up the good work 52 ave store! :)

Its a Walmart, same basic setup. Staff isnt overly helpful or friendly at all. Its fairly clean. Good prices on merchandise, just remember- you get what you pay for. There is another Walmart in town that I try and avoid. At least I think its still apart of fargo, you may feel as if youve entered into a different world visiting said Walmart. Wit that being said, if I go to Walmart this one by 52nd Ave is where I go.

I wanted to buy a $20 accessory for my phone. It was locked on the rack. Since I had other stuff to buy, I asked if I could keep shopping. They locked it in a case and gave it to me to take to the front counter. All of this probably added 5-10 minutes to shopping.... For a 20 dollar item. Seriously? Amazon makes things more convenient and Walmart goes the opposite route. Bold move Cotton. Lets see if it pays off.

As a Canadian that visits here often I have seen the worst of walmart here. Very poor people skills in this store, the cash machine has been out of service the last 5 times Ive stopped here resulting in me having to go back to the truck stop to get money then come back to Walmart just to shop. The only alternative Ive found is fergus falls walmart, which isnt much better.

If you need to go to Wal-Mart in Fargo this is the store to visit. This is a newer store on the edge of the city, therefore its less busy, which equates to better in stock on the shelves, wider aisles & a cleaner store. The employees still are mainly unfriendly & unhelpful. Ive never been greeted or asked if I needed help finding anything.

Not a fan of Walmart but this one seems to be far better run than most. Good about being in stock, far cleaner than most and checkout is usually pretty quick but most importantly many of the clerks that Ive dealt with seem better trained and more motivated to be helpful than you find in most other Walmarts or similar stores.

Some of the rudest people working there. I tried to send money to a family member for an emergency. No one was will to help me in any way. The thing the 3 people who were working told me they would just have to wait. Well thank you for that my family missed getting to their mother who was sick.

The last remaining"good" Walmart in town is following all the others. Had to wait for someone to come to the till to ring up a package of sausage. Im not anti Muslim but if youre going to take a job that involves cashiering groceries, do the job or work in another department.

Rude staff only one till open very slow Set up of the layout of the store makes it feel crowded and cluttered Manager said go to Dillard, mn for customer service A lot of staff standing around not willing to work but want to visit with their friends or with each other

NO PHARMACY?!?! I have never been to a Walmart Supercenter that did NOT have a Pharmancy Dept.! This does me absolutely no good, trying to refill prescriptions on the road. Dont bother with 13th St. location either, it has an independent pharmacy, not a Walmart one.

I dread having to go to customer service. The assistance is unfriendly and takes forever. They couldnt find my order even though we received a text saying it was ready and when we went to a different worker just a few min later he had no problem finding the order

I was not impressed... clueless employees.I had to explain something to the same person four times. I even showed a picture of said item. I will say it is cleaner than the one on 13th. Both stores will be my choice of last resort to shop at.

Wal-Mart is a convenience place to shop any time of the day and night especially at this supper store location. Its convenient for busy folks who work all day and only have limited time to themselves for evening shopping. Love it.

The cashier was so kind and friendly. He was so helpful to the customers before me, she was in a wheelchair. Helped with putting groceries in front basket and helping swipe her card, since she could not manage herself.

I used to work here. Its a decent place, better than most walmarts. Plus, Cranky dan the shopping man:: Its North Dakota LAW. =/ Not much they can do about that, dummy. They HAVE to close at midnight on Sunday.

The store layout is different from the other Walmart (on 13th ave.)in Fargo. I can get Straight Talk minutes for my phone. The garden center is well stocked with plants, soil and fertilizer.
