Purchase online and pick up in store prices are significantly lower than advertised in store prices. Staff very slow and not properly trained to provide basic customer service including being able to checkout customers and apply Sears Rewards. I had to place my own order online and pickup in store to apply the Rewards for my purchase. Sears not like they use to be. I can see why they are closing several stores nation wide. I would not recommend telling anyone to shop there based on my most recent shopping experience.

Nice store with a good selection most of the time. But part of their electronics area ended up turning into a clearance area but they didnt turn on the lights in this area so its usually really dark.
