I liked nothing. Placed an order online to pick up in store. After not receiving an update at estimated date, I called the store. They said it is there and I could pick up. After driving there and waiting about thirty minutes for them to attempt to process it, I heard them mumble to each other it was not processed and the team had to do that. After waiting a few more minutes and nothing happening I asked if a team was coming to process to which she responded tomorrow and Id get an email. Despite my expression of the inconvenience, no apologies were made. I waited almost two weeks and have not received an email of it being processed. When I called again, they said there was no record of it and it was sent back; I should call the 800 number. Customer service said they could cancel it and I could reorder. What a ridiculous suggestion! Like I would put myself through that again over a month later. After telling her I was not happy with that solution and I would not shop at any of their locations again, she told me to have a good evening. This location as well as the whole company is filled with incompetent people who do not have any consideration for the customer.

When I go to the pharmacy I expect there to usually be a wait and for service to be slow. It just happens and it is a part of picking up prescriptions (much like you expect the DMV to be crowded). However, this Walmart pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I have a prescription I pick up monthly and had it transferred there from CVS 3 months ago because Walmart is slightly cheaper. I will definitely be switching back. The staff is incredibly rude and will ignore you half the time. They make rude comments and roll their eyes when you ask questions. I have yet to successfully have my prescription "automatically refilled" even though Ive been asked to be placed in the program several times! What made me write this review is I called now to make sure my prescription is automatically filled and ready for me yet Ive been on hold for 12:11...absolutely the worst service ever!

This Walmart is unique and not follow the national policy of customer satisfaction. In every other store I can return anything, anytime, with or without receipt. This location said that they couldnt accept my unused merchandise for which I had receipt because it had been more than 30 days. I asked, is that a new policy? Arent all Walmart aimed for 100% client satisfaction? "Ehh ehh, I dont know, in this Walmart you cant return it" The only reason I buy in Walmart is because the peace of mind that if I dont like a product or Im not going to use it, I can return it anytime. If that service disappears, there is no reason for me keep buying there. A very dissatisfied and disappointed customer

Ive shopped here several times at different times of the day and Ive had a predominantly positive experience (The trick is knowing when to shop at Walmarts. The 1st of the month between the 1st and 15th is a no no! If you must shop during that time, do it after 7pm. Most shoppers on welfare shop during those times and you will undoubtedly have a bad experience). I can only recall having to wait an excessive amount of time once and it was not the cashiers fault it was the coupon using customer (ugh to you coupon users knowingly using expired coupons hoping to sneak it through). Also I pack my patience and I keep my expectations very low.

I needed to do some shopping late at night and since there are no other grocery stores. Walmart was it. The store was clean and the produce was extremely fresh. It was like a miniature super center and really easy to find what you needed. However they closed the checkouts close to midnight and we were forced to wait for close to ten minutes before they would allow us to check out after closing the registers and loosing track of time to re-open the U-Scan. The manager was pretty incompetent and it was apparent he couldnt have cared less that he was speaking to us in a derogatory tone and creating a massive line around the store.

I would have paid double what I paid here just to rid myself of the feeling that my business was funding business practices that parasite this economy. I waited in line for 25 minutes. I wish theyd just been understaffed. The few staff they had looked like they could have been running an empty store. There was one cashier lady who literally paused and walked off between every transaction. She had a manager who floated by and gave ZERO input or help. It wasnt just employee failure though, this was management or systematic failure. She couldnt log in to her cashier drawer . . . Dont go here, get a life and fund an honest store.

I give this "WalMart Neighborhood Market" four stars Only because I usually only Use the Money Services Center here, and Most of the Employees who work in that part of this store are Very Friendly, They Greet me by Name, and They know what they are doing! I would give it 5 stars, But the Few times that Ive actually shopped here, The Lines are Long and they are under-staffing The Registers to Save their profits. Just a Warning. Oh And keep in mind that this is only selling what any other Grocery store has, Plus A slow pharmacy!!

While the location is convenient -- and I do shop here often -- the people who work there are indeed mostly rude. There are a few who seem nice, but not many. Few go out of their way to speak to you or say hello, and seem utterly put out when you ask them a question. Kind of get the feeling that they couldnt care less whether youre in there or not. Maybe you just find better service in Wal-Marts that are located in smaller towns. This one is so urban -- maybe thats why people in there are rude. Big city mentality maybe.

This place is dark and understocked in comparison to other neighborhood markets. I visited here late one evening. I had great customer service for a money order. There is security rounding the lot, so I felt secure about parking my vehicle there. Too often I would see cold goods left on shelves with dry goods as customers dont return unwated selections to proper places. They seemed understaffed to keep the place clean or have more than one or two registers open. Id shop here only if I truly need to.

Every single checkout was closed. Several employees were walking about doing nothing, ignoring the growing crowd of awaiting customers. When bothered for help, an associate refused to acknowledge me, offer any kind of help whatsoever, or even ask a fellow associate to attend because she was off the clock. Rudely corrects customers. Overall ridiculous, unprofessional, lazy, lackadaisical staff. Literally the worst Walmart I have ever visited. Totally unrecommended. I will spread the word!

Tried to cash a check today, and they wouldnt cash it!! I swear Walmart doesnt even cash checks even though they say they do. I think all they cash now is government checks. Cause the last three times Ive tried to cash my payroll check, they wont cash it. But I go to the bank, and they cash it straight away. And to top it off the customer service desk employee was extremely rude!!! I would NOT recommend this Walmart to anyone!!! I wish there was a negative star rating!
