I will never return to this store. As I was checking out I was harassed into signing up for a Nordstrom card. I was with my young infant and even though I repeated NO and expressed I had plenty of other responsibilities the employee kept pushing the card and even had the nerve to say "well I am going to sign you up anyways." She argued with me on how it was not "a responsibility" and how I was "throwing away money at the store without the card." If that is how your employees make commission its sad and should be addressed. Needless to say I will not "throw away my money" here anymore. When I returned home I tried to call the store to speak with the manager and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I eventually hung up.

Dont waste your time to find anything at this store everything over priced and bad outdated selections. I was in shock for it to even be located in this area of Galleria and not have good new on the market fashions to offer customers who take their time to go shop there. I walked the whole floor only saw 2 tunics that were made by Umgee but they were older styles. I had seen those same tunics a few months back in other stores. This store looks like a high priced outdated outlet with all the fashions out dated. I go to Ross Dress for Less the next day hopeing to find some new trends and bingo found 122 pieces that cost only 1800.00 for all 122 items from tunics, dresses, maxi dresses, cardigans, tops, blouses.

This is the BEST N-Rack. All the other stores are always so messy and you have to dig to find anything. This store is always clean, the staff is so kind and always present, and I can always find what Im looking for. The line to checkout occasionally gets backed up but thats of minimal concern to me and they are pretty quick to alleviate it most of the time. This store is so great! I hope it remains a secret to N-Rack goers...I dont want to share my perfect store!

The selection is good but the lady at the counter couldnt understand that I wasnt interested in her credit card offer. She even interrupted me while I was on the phone. After the transaction she still persisted. She seemed upset I wouldnt do it. I cant remember her name but it was an older Caucasian lady on the morning shift.

Really wide selection of clothing, shoes and accessories but the highlight of this location is the customer service. The staff go out of their way to answer questions, even asking if you need help. I cant remember the last time that happened. They even try to alleviate long waits in line for checkout. I love this place!

I found a Hartman bag I loved at the Galleria but I didnt feel like spending $220.00 on it, and that was with 40% off. My wife convinced me to go take a look at the Nordstrom Rack and we found a better Hartman bag, much larger, from the same line for 94.50. I dont k ow why I dont just start my shopping trips here....

An employee followed me around from the moment I walked in to the time I departed. I am a minority BTW. Im an honest person, but since I was treated like a criminal Ill act like one. I bought some stuff wore it and returned it to teach this store a lesson for racial profiling.

Very well laid out, easy to shop spot. You get designer items at sale prices. Very good customer relationship management as well. You get points every time you shop and within a short period, you may be awarded discounts and offers.

Goodness! Where has this place been all my life! Amazing selection and great prices. So far, my favorite area is the makeup! Great deals on items you can find at Sephora and Ulta at half the price! Love, love, love!!!

Decent selection for mens shoes and clothes. Friendly staff! Had no problem returning a pair of shoes a month after purchasing, when I realized that it was the exact same pair of dress shoes I already owned.

A bit small in terms of "Racks" go but lotsa well organized merchandise at amazing prices! Oh, and I failed to mention the clearance! If you have patience and super pik thru powers, ur in for a treat for sure!!

The tailor here is terrific! She did a great job on my pants - not just the cuffs (which are pretty easy, after all) but also a beautiful repair of a tear in the seat that another tailor couldnt fix!
