I went online and ordered a Samsung Gear Fit 2, to be picked up at the Cedar Hill location. The Target website has the item listed as one size fits all, but its not, it comes in Small and Large. I need a Small, so I called the store before picking up to make sure it would be right. The associate I spoke to assured me it would be a Small. I picked it up, went to put it on, and its too big. Check the box and its a Large. I called the store and they said they dont have a Small in stock. Called several other stores in my area, they either dont answer the phone, or dont have a Small in stock. I finally found a location (South Arlington) that had it. The associate I spoke to said they only had one and refused to hold it for me, even after I explained everything i had been through, and that the mistake was Targets fault in the first place. Got my kids in the car and drove 30 minutes to get there immediately, and they did not have a Small. Either the associate was incorrect, or they sold it within the 30 minutes it took me to drive there. So then I called their Customer Service center and explained all this, and asked if the CSR on the phone was able to locate a Small near me and have the store hold it for me. She kept putting me on hold, and then coming back and suggesting stores that did not have a Small in stock (I had just called them), then told me she couldnt specifically look for a Small. I asked for the department to file a complaint, and she said they didnt have one. My complaint isnt against the Cedar Hill location specifically, its a complaint against the Target website and Customer Service call center, as well as the Cedar Hill and South Arlington locations. I usually like Target, but this is not the first time Ive had issues like this, and its getting old.

So rude! There are plenty of other Starbucks around, so I recommend visiting any other one in the area than this one. I came with a friend, ordered a drink with coconut milk. The barista was alone and being assisted by a target employee who was taking orders and using the register. She was unfamiliar how to write the drinks on cups so the barista asked me what I wanted but did not wait to hear my order. She made my drink wrong, I asked her to remake it, and she then told me I shouldve told her what I wanted the first time she asked. I then told her I paid for the milk so she would need to remake my drink regardless of what she thought I told her. I was being nice about it, so Im not sure why she felt the need to be mean. She did remake my drink though, so 3 stars instead of 2.

IM not so sure about this store anymore. At one time it was good, but the customer service is really poor. Checking out has to be the least favorite. I feel like i have to apoligize for shopping there, and making the cashier wait on me. To tell you the truth i would rather check out myself, then have to deal with attitude. So if your a cashier there "Im sorry you have a job, and Im sorry you are getting paid, Im sorry you have to wait on me. I would expect to get this type of service at walmart on fm 1382, but not a super target. I have been to other super targets- i dont have this problem! Cedar Hill can be very decieving- you know the town looks nice on the outside, but once you move there its a whole different story.

I purchased 9 items 3 of them rang up with different price than what was listed on the shelf. Two items said $5.00 each and rang up as $7.99, one was listed as $4.59 and rang up as $4.49. When this happens you need to go stand in the line for customer service to receive a refund. So my quick run into target took an hour 25 minutes in line at customer service. At which time my options where pay the 7.99 or get a refund. I even had a picture of the sign that said the item was listed as 5.00. Yes, the store is clean. Yes, the floor staff could tell me they didnt carry one of the ( hard to find) items I was looking for.

Found a furniture item in the clearance area, got a price check from a floor associate of $84.99. she check with thier handheld device, then I got to the register and it rang up a different price of $109.99. cashier called a lady by the name of Paula, and she said. Someone put a wrong sticker on the box and she couldnt honor the price the associate gave me from the floor. I told her, they should be careful where things get put- it was in the clearance area. She just rolled her eyes at me, how rude band unprofessional. Told her i dont want the item. Im going to take my business somewhere else.

Attempted to return a pair of jeans and did not have receipt (simply forgot), and was advised that the jeans were $10 lower in price and they would have to give me the lower price without the receipt. So I advised her that I would return with the receipt in order to receive full price. However, before I left, I picked out two pair of jeans and was expecting to pay the lower price; but no.... they were the original price I had paid before the holidays. My question, why would they charge me the same price for the jeans, but wanted to give me the lower price for the return.

I purchased something on a gift card and the lady (Jasmine) gave me my receipt and said have a nice day. I thought it was odd that my gift card was for the exact amount of my purchase so I looked at my receipt and noticed I had $40 left on my card. I went back to her and confronted her that my receipt said I still had $40 on my card. So she pulled my gift card from her drawer (not the trash can) and handed me my card, and was very rude to me. Called the manager and told her, and she acted rude about the situation. Customer Service is terrible at this store.

I love this Target, mainly because of its Starbucks. Two of the baristas are incredibly friendly and personable, and one or the other is almost always there. This makes me want to shop at this Target, so I can see these baristas and get an excellent cup of coffee to sip on as I shop. Now, if there were just a coffee cup holder on the cart, it would be Paradise! I also love that as a Target Red Card holder I always get 5% off my Target order. The $5 gift card incentives are great, too!

Really really bad customer service they are not knowledgeable about targets own policies nor are they helpful to many of the customers it seems to run by a bunch of children and teens just giggling and making up store policy off the top of their heads, THEY WERE SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE I RARELY LET OTHERS UPSET ME, BUT IN THIS INSTANCE ITS JUST SO DISRESPECTFUL. ITS SAD I BASICALLY ONLY HAVE WAL MART LEFT, UGG BUT IF IT MEANS PROFESSIONALISM THEM ILL BECOME ☆ROLL BACKS☆ WAL MART EXCLUSIVE.
