I purchased a Clinique product on Sunday and the sales attendant put the product in my bag with my free gift. All was good until I got home and realized she gave me the wrong product. I had to drive back to Waxahachie to try and return my product after work to find NO ONE working the Clinique counter. There was only ONE person working the ENTIRE cosmetic floor. I stood and waited a LONG time to have other people waited on before me that came in after me. I ended up just walking out of the store frustrated without getting my product exchanged because it was taking SO LONG. You need more help at this Belk Store!

I have gone to Belk for a few years now consistently and when I go there I spend a lot of money. I buy clothes bedding purses and expensive perfumes. When you ask for help the sales representative are not very helpful if they dont think that you are spending money they dont really help you if you buy the perfume the expensive one and you ask for samples they never want to give them out I think that this is one of the perks that as a customer I enjoy when I spend Top Dollar on your product the customer service is not very good so I have decided not to shop there for a while maybe they will miss me.

My friend and I are both young women who came into the store to buy purfume, the workers were rude and watched us as if we were going to steal something. Both of us had no pockets or even purses, clearly we werent going to steal anything and the hawk-eyeing and rude looks made us very uncomfortable. My friend bought over $100 of purfume, but the shopping experience was uncomfortable and unpleasant. I like the products Im just really disappointed with the empoyees.

A nice store. I did have a problem with an employee that was taking a return from this older (80 y/o at least) the receipt didnt match up with sandals. I felt as though the employee should have taken the woman to the side. Dont put her business out on blast. He was giving me the impression that the woman stole the shoes. When it was a mistake he, the employee, made. When she bought the shoes he scanned wrong box.

B has been a disappointment to me since moving back to Waxahachie...They dont seem to take pride in picking up things from floor and how the clothes hang on rack...And dont have enough words for the shoe department, just VERY disorganized...Clerk that checked me out, never smiled or said much...The store has quality merchandise,why not act like it?!
