Dress room attendant didnt even say hi..then got frustrated when I came out and left two out of eight things... The person on the floor was obviously up Set about her job and made rude comments about customers thinking perhaps that I spoke no English...I had purchased Cologne the day before and was told I could return it if I didnt like scent...well then next day I was told I couldnt......... Kinda confusing.....

I love Ross as a franchise. You always find great clothing for great prices. However I cannot stand the customer service at this location! Barely any greeting when you first enter and dont expect any sort of conversation when youre getting checked out. Just left from here and all the lady told me was my total of my purchase and thats it. Wont be returning to this location anymore.

They always greet you at the door which I like. It shows they are actually acknowledging their customers. They have a nice selection of clothes. The store isnt dirty like some of the other Ross stores Ive been to. I love their beauty products which are priced very resonable. Returns are fast & easy to do here.

The best prices for planners and journals, anywhere! Plus I experienced fast lines on a Saturday night! I bought this amazing "This Happy Planner-faith edition" for 9.99. I saw it last week at Hobby Lobby for at 29.99!! Thats 20 bucks. "Do you love it? I LOVE it! I got it at Ross!"

Good selection and low prices but its always stuff everywhere. The floors are cluttered and theres no organization. I bought a. Comforter set here, but someone had taken the pillow out of it. The manager was set enough to discount it though.

It always has just what Im looking for. The store in Waxahachie is always messy and do not ever be stocked. The racks are nearly empty every time I go there and so is the shoe rack and purse s also. They need better are more stockers.

This store was VERY clean and organized. It truely made shopping a joy.....being able to go to a specific size on the rack and finding that size. Employees were not only helpful but friendly. I will DEFINITELY go back to shop more!
