I purchased a Diehard battery online and in stock at this store. They did fine with the installation. I still trust Sears car batteries. When they tried moving my truck back, the shift lever was stuck. Id been having shifter issues for a while. The mechanic came over and was very helpful. We figured out there was a broken pin in the shifter assy and played with it until we were able to shift into gear. The service manager was super nice (from Alabama), as was the man that replaced my battery (Tes), and the mechanic. Sears has had corporate issues since 2008 and their stores need to be updated badly. But, these gentlemen were very nice and exhibited great customer service.

called for appliance repair. had to call three times the automated service sucks!!!Then the actual person that i was finally connected to. could hardly talk and kept asking for my info after i repeatedly gave it to him. Needless to say i got tired of the redundancy and incompetence and just hung up. I will never bother to shop or use their service again. Because they most certainly do not want to be bothered with doing business.They dont even deserve the one star,

Switched out an item I had ordered online for pickup. Item went out of stock, so they decided to just switch it without saying a word and letting me know - nothing. Only when I was on my way back to my car did I look in the bag to look at the item did I find out about it. Walked back into the store and received the above lame explanation. I get going out of stock, things happen. But at least let me know instead of pulling a bait and switch. Horrible service.

Placed order for two mattresses two locations. They delivered to first location 3 days early and pleaded to leave it but did not assemble it; then for the second location the driver called to say the box springs were wrong size for the mattress; but home delivery services could not be of any assistance. Call store where they ordered for me and there is no answer in the mattress department during business hours. Big "F"

Replaced our auto battery in warranty for no charge. Also, they seem to have the best prices around for many tools, including GarageWorks. Regarding other review, upper managers if they are really "upper" will generally delegate a refund to their staff. I find that refunds get processed more quickly when youre nice to the person you are talking to.. Im not sure the other reviewer was nice based on his review. :-)

Trying to schedule an appointment at the Auto Center and its 1:00pm. First call i get transferred to Auto Dept and no one answers. I get it, maybe theyre busy? Call a second time and get transferred to Front Desk and still NO ANSWER. Get transferred to Store Manager and still NO ANSWER. I guess no one wants my money. Ill definitely be going somewhere else...

Setup appointment for repair tech to come 2 hours late and no call. Setup appointment for warranty no show. we have been loyal customer with sears for years. This is it, we are not shopping with sears any more . BAD SERVICE AND BAD PRODUCTS. SEEM LIKE THE COMPANY CLOSE TO GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. NO WONDER WHY PARKING ALWAYS EMPTY. YOU LOST MY BUSINESS.

I get the day after Christmas is crap, no one likes working retail on this day. But come on... You need a have decent attitude, dont look like youre put out having to double check prices, ITS YOUR JOB! look Im a very reasonable man, however all I ask as a customer is to just to your job, whats expected of you. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!! It took them 6 weeks to process my return for an $1100 grill. I called and talked to Gary, Nancy, Somar, and Jay (all upper management), and they all lied and told me that they would have it done the next day! I finally had to go up there and demand cash because THEY NEVER REFUNDED ME!!!

The defective drill was the least of the problems i encounter here. The service was so bad. The employees talk about the customers when they believe no one is listening. This place is a joke. As bad of conditions that sears is in they could at least focus on customer service

Very bad customer service and horrible experience with the picking up merchandises that I order online. It was just a vacuum bags for $20 that wasted 1 hour of my time. WT* I waited front of this lady for 10 minutes while she is chatting her ears off with this customer.

Brand new dishwasher quit working, called customer service, was told it will be over a week before they can come fix it. I live is a city of over 7 million people and you cant make it here in less than a week? What a joke for a company. I will never shop here again.
