I come here a lot and the staff is usually okay. However, I was there on Thursday (October 6,2016), and had some clothes hung on one of the aisles, that I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE, until an older black lady just grabbed the clothes and handed them to me telling me"this does not go here, put it somewhere else" in a very rude manner. Her job is to fold clothes and to arrange clothes. That is her job and she cant even do that. I told her that I understand where shes coming from, but she didnt have to be so rude. She replied saying "Im 51 years old and I dont have to hear this" . She kept on talking outloud and to other employees. I even told one of the managers and all she did was go laugh with her about the situation and that just wasnt necessary. These employees have to remember that us customers are the ones who write their paychecks. Maybe thats why that old black lady is 51 years old and still working in a retail store getting paid under $10 an hour. And maybe thats why that manager that was laughing is a manager at a retail store. They wouldnt survive in the real world, which is why they get mad at the world and give horrible customer service. It was great doing business, but I will never be coming to TJ MAXX or any of its locations ever again. What an unprofessional staff.

The most sorriest shopping place I am ever been. Un professional management who dont even know how to follow store polices. I have purse I bought from this store 3 days ago I was not satisfied with a purchase when I went home I found a layaway receipt inside the purse. And it was scratch from inside I took the purse back along with a original tags and receipt. I was told they are not going to return it or neither exchange it. Very rude manager and manager coordinator while I was in the middle of conversations with a manager she walked away and I was told by the rest of the staff she went for a lunch. Really one thing is for sure I will never go back to Tj maxx. It was my favorite place to shop and I spend a lot of money in there but seems like they dont care about there customers.

Worst management and staff I have ever seen they have no idea about costumer service, on my review Tj max should have higher standers. The stuff is not organize n they treat customers like everyone is in the store is thieve. I rather drive 20 miles more to get same stuff with better service . Problem is not in boat Problem is who is driving it ... Hopefully that will get the message across

Had the absolute worst experience tonight. While shopping for fall decor my daughter was scolded by an employee telling her to stop driving a cart because we were not going to buy anything. Ive spent over thousands of dollars on decor since we just bought a home a few months ago and I was embarrased and humiliated. I WILL NEVER again shop at this TJ Maxx ever again!!!!!

Store manager attitude very pathetic .. I bought clothes from there and after 1 wash the stuff get so much bad that I was unable to wear it again .the store manager did not listen to my complaint and went away for lunch. .the other tj max at Katey was very good they listen to me and exchange the damage stuff.

They have good quality clothing and really good prices, but the only problem is the neatness its unorganized especially the toys section is a total disaster. But other than that its a good clothing store for good affordable prices.

One of the worst TjMaxx in all United States, dirty , trashy , everything its open, stolen , cloths , toys laying on the floor . Horrible Horrible my first and last trip. I hope theCEO go to check it out.

Not a lot of consistency, great condiments, nice home decor items sporadically, overall a good place to visit regularly. Good choice of hygiene items such as soaps, lotions, hair and skin care items.

I think it is extremely rude to turn the lights off on customers at 9:15 pm when the store closes at 9:30 pm. Such a lack of respect. If this is your store policy, I choose to shop else where.

Compared to Marshalls they selection is not much and products are pretty low end.This would be suitable store for low income folks needing high-end dallor store lol.
