I wish there was an option for 0 stars! I have never been so disappointed! First off.. we ordered a very large purchase online during a sale only to receive a package with my receipt in it along with a few completely random things carelessly thrown in a box. Nothing that we ordered came to us. Then, after calling and complaining about the situation were told that Burlington will provide a label to return the wrong package and our money will be refunded but that our order cant be competed because one the sale is now over and two none of these items are no longer in stock. After some serious complaints were told that if we reorder what is left in stock we can have free 2 day expedited shipping. 6 days later I receive another wrong package! Had to call to remind them to refund us and the dew items we did receive were DAMAGED! AND WRONG!!!! terrible establishment, terrible customer service and a complete lack of care. Frauds.

Worst experiance ever thanks to an employee by the name of Mary Derek she almost hurt my 1 and 1/2 year old son when she puched me then pull the shopping cart from me with my son on it so I wont take it out, if she wouldve told me that I cant take it out the store I wouldve just leave it there. No need to be so angry and aggressive. From now on I or my family will ever shop at this store or any of this company, I will also let every one know on my Youtube Channel so all my 800k subscribers know what happen today at this store.

For the money you pay for the merchandise at Burlington...I think it is kind of silly to expect saks 5th avenue type of quality and service. So for what its worth, I think its pretty good for the money its customers spend in there.

I like the prices here. I dont like to see the sizes all mixed up. Its boring to touch every single hanger looking for my size. After going through 20-30 hangers I leave without purchasing I dont have 20 hours to look everything.

Always love the selection here, but the womens section isnt as organized as the mens (when shopping w my dad). But through the efforts of Mary and Piya, I can find whatever Im looking for! You ladies are amazing!!
