This store is always my last resort. The woodlands location and Huntsville are both much cleaner and well stocked. Listened to and alarm go off at the fitting room for an excess of 5 minutes on a piece of clothing, no loss prevention, no asset protection assisted. Just the poor fitting room attendant who couldnt leave to go shut it off and got no help from the other employees for what seemed like forever. When I approached the manager to ask why we all had to listen to that for that long and why they didnt help the poor girl sooner she was very rude. I began taking pictures of the store (it was beyond a disaster ) and she approached me telling me she served my country so I could do that....( my husband is a vet 2nd Ranger battalion... my father is a CW5 and my brother is a disabled vet... none of this has any baring on why she is incompetent at her current job.) In thanked her for her service and then told her that it had nothing to do with me taking photographs or her being justified in not managing the store well! This store is very poorly run and I have never seen it orderly or organized.

Someone recommended it for back-to-school clothes shopping "on a budget" in August 2015. The Bad: The store isnt organized very well and is a bit messy in spots. You have to put in some decent effort because everyone is putting stuff back on the wrong shelf, or in the wrong sizes. The Good: I was very surprised at how many great deals we got on jeans, pants and tops. Most everything was $10 or under. And there was a great assortment and selection of blue jeans especially. SURE, it is more effort than shopping Dillards or Macys. But the huge savings made up for the inconvenience.

I normally have a great experience when it comes to the Ross in Conroe. This time Chrystal checked me and my friend out. I have never seen her before and I come to Ross a lot I dont know if shes new, but she did not have a lot of patience. She was rude. Rolled her eyes and overall made me not want to come back. I love Ross so Im very upset with the way I was treated. She had a rude tone of voice and I will be sure to avoid her line at all costs next time.

They love to make everyone feel uncomfortable! Customers should be treated like people, NOT CATTLE! They holler at you when you first walk in the door, follow you around the store and holler at you at the checkout. The people at the dressing rooms are very rude and not the least bit helpful. The only good thing I can say is that their crap is reasonably priced.

I did get in the door before I was told I wasnt allowed a drink. The woman was literally blocking the door. Im fairly certain I didnt look too threatening with my 2 small children. But then I guess we are white and every employee that I could see from the door was Hispanic. Ill stat closer to home to shop. Just happen to be in the area.

This store is awesome. Yeah it gets messy but they bust their butts trying to fix it. Ive had excellent customer service with brittanie and tania. In fact all of the employees have excellent customer service. I would highly recommend coming here to everyone. Keep up the good work ross employees.

Has very good selection of clothes. The dressing rooms need to be updated and cleaned better. Friendly cashiers and associates, and didnt have to wait in line forever.

The air conditioner part where the air is taken is so dirty that makes a annoying noise... is being like this for years they never clean it. Its messy...
