I visited this Ross location this morning and found myself in the middle of a racial profiling situation for the first time in my life. What I cant seem to wrap my finger around is the fact that it was by a Hispanic lady, as I myself, am. As I entered, I situated my infant daughter in the cart and was immediately attacted because of a thermos that was in my hand. A simple "mam due to company policies, you are unable to carry drinks in the store" would have worked perfectly.. instead I was yelled at by this Hispanic lady working the register who immediately called the "security" - the individual/s who make sure items arent stolen - telling him "So and so, shes drinking out of a cup!" Looking back, I did not have a second to react to what exactly had just happened. As I walked through the store, I asked another customer if she had been told anything regarding her opened canned coke.. she responded "no, they have never told me anything here." This immediately lead my mind to a "racial profile" situation. I visit this Ross location probably once a week, as it is right around the corner from my house.. yeah, today was the LAST time I will step foot in that door. A formal complaint was made and I hope the proper corrective actions will be taken. By no means am I acquiring termination.. but someone should definitely speak to these employees about a simple, self explanatory, common sense, thing called "manners" or even "how to be polite" what an embarrassing experience..

Son una porquería la tienda esta desordenada la ropa tirada en el piso, las tallas todas están revueltas, esta tienda es un desorden y el personal parecen todas drogadictos con la ropa sucias, y no le ponen atención al los clientes, te tratan mal. Son un asco especialmente la tienda #0619 y la asociada #564955 .aclaro esta tienda en especial por que hay otras muy ordenadas

BEWARE!!! I bought a pair of boots on last Sunday 09/28/2014. They put stickers size 7 on the boots; unfortunately it was late so I just grabbed it and thought i would try it at home, if they dont fit i could return them back. Guess what, i went home, turned the boots over and the actual size is 9. I decided to bring them back, but I didnt have time until today, Wednesday 10/01/2014, they said i wore them too much, which is not true because my size is 6,5, so how the hell i walk around with size 9??? The customer service gave me the shitty look ever. I wont cry over the $30 boots, but just want to let you guys know. Be careful with this store, and check the items carefully before you buy anything here!

Great finds here. I found some ivanka Trump clothing for 90 percent off her original cost. Also you have to dig to find super deals. I found some skinny jeans originally priced $34. They had a small rip across the leg & were marked down to 1.97. Yes you read correctly . You couldnt find brand new jeans at a garage sale or goodwill for under $2. Plus rips in jeans are fashionable. Winning. I also found great kitchen stuff for my best friends new home. However on the weekends the lines are really long.

Once again I came to Ross, found what I needed, now stuck in a line to check out because there is 1, yes only one person working the register. Is there any one else here? Who knows. They dont call for help, its so sad. I usually find something but waiting in lines is discouraging.

Reasonable prices, customer service could use some improvements. .I hate it when as soon as you get your receipt, the cashiers yell "Next Purchase! !" Hell, they dont even give you time to place your credit card in your wallet and grab your stuff. .

Its always a toss up with this Ross. Sometimes they have exactly what you are looking for and sometimes they dont. The staff is not helpful but that doesnt really bother me. I do agree with many of the other reviews about the cashiers.

Nice place. My BIG COMPLAINT is that when you are ready to check out they call you: NEXT PURCHASE" WHAT KIND of management allows a customer to be a "PURCHASE" It demeaning and offensive. May as well call you next PAYCHECK?.

The manager Liz is a racist person, my baby the 11 months was drinking water and I was in the line for return a item and she told me take away your water because he was not allowed, my son is only a baby!!!

I like Ross as a chain of stores but this one is a mess needs to be cleaned and organized.Things are all over the place so you really cant find your size or see whats really see what is in stock.

The store has a hard time keeping up on all their merchandise being thrown about the store. And people are always opening packages and stealing. I feel bad for the owners really.

Its the usual Ross chaos. You dig for clothes, deal with the nazi at the dressing room, can only bring 8 back....... Overall, good experience. Cheap & good clothes! ;)

I Love shopping at Ross however, the selections in the Home good and Home Decorations Departments do not provide a well round selection as to other Ross Stores.

Lots of name brand clothes for cheap. I can walk out with a great outfit for 30-40 bucks. Only down fall is it gets crazy packed with long check out lines some days.

Really great prices. Tried buying on Amazon prices are better but you can try the stuff on and then returns take forever. Would rather come to my local stores.

Unlike most Ross stores this one generally stays very clean and organized. They always seem to have a very good selection of clothes and toys when we go.

Ive never seen a line at Ross so long before. A little unorganized, unkept, and understocked. Couldnt find tennis shoes in my size.
