I volunteer for a non profit group who was shopping in this store to buy clothes for children in Uganda (an orphanage). When we got up to the cash register and told them we were a tax exempt organization the cashier borderline was offended at our request to remove taxes. Then the manager Rebecca showed up and asked us for our tax exempt form. I attempted to show the PDF on my phone and stated I could also email. Rebeca stated that Ross does not accept outside emails. This is an outright lie. How can a store whose entire business relies on outside vendors not accept emails? The customer service exchange was horrible and Rebecca was just too lazy to go back and print out the form for the items we were buying for kids in Africa!!!! Shame on you Ross!

Lady, the employee, at this store has provided me with the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at a ROSS store to date. I have asked her to find a product at another location and she said no. I asked for a list of stores for me to call and she refused. I asked if she could ask a manager and was very condescending. Finally, she called a manager and the manager helped me by getting me phone numbers. I then asked the young lady for her name (standing about 8 feet away) and she turns around and replies, "its right there." This employee refused to give me her name. I had to ask a fellow coworker for her name. This is not acceptable.

Well there are a lot of stuff to choose and most of variety the only thing that it bother me is there is just one cashier and particularly this lady was rushing me there was a lady trying to get all set and leave when she was calling me to get over to pay I just told her that I was ready but I had to wait to the lady move away I had to raise my voice just to tell her that I heard her already she just got off my nerves oh well,I like this store I hope next time nothing happen.

I love Ross but I would rather travel farther to the one in Willowbrook than this one. Its never clean. The bathrooms stink. The lines are ridiculous and no matter the time of day they usually only have one person at check out and if they have two, they are as slow as snails. Ive never seen an employee smile and every time Ive asked if they have something they say no because they are too lazy to look for it themselves and I end of finding it myself.

Employees have ugly attitude & face. 0 stars for this store. Someone please fire them, & when I told the manager he say "oh maybe theyre tired" oh yea well if they cant handle working there what are they doing there then. Theyre definitely not friendly.

i like going here they have good stuff ... but i hate the staff, always long lines because they will have one person at register, they tail me like i am going to steal something the whole time im there.... WTF im a paying customer get off my ass!

My wife loves this store but as a guy its a nightmare due to disorganized garage sale feel to it. But great clothes and household items at a bargain.
