Store looked in okay shape for a Sunday. At checkout didnt get his name 602733 was the cashier ID on my receipt was great. He seemed upset. To management I say take care of your people who work hard. He shared that hed been there since 1am the night prior and back the next morning. I know the frustration I was an Asm at Ross. To upper management please schedule according to business demand on weekends.. this is why people leave and your turn over is so high... Ross isnt a bad company its just some of the people they leave in charge..SPS was friendly too!! Overall good experience. 2 starts because my heart goes out to the people who are feeling miserable. No one should ever feel that way at work!

I was mistreated as a customer, when I asked for assistance with a product that I had bought I was asked if I had bought the product and I answered yes and I provided the person with my receipt but even after that the employee was still questioning if I had bought the product, she asked the cashier and basically humiliated me in front of my kids and in front of the other customers. I will never go back to this store. They have an AWFUL customer service and discriminated me.

Oh wow this place has really gone downhill. The employees are rude. Slow. And the manager wont get on a register to help with a long line. After waiting for 15 minutes behind one person who couldnt get all their stuff checked out and pay, another cashier walked up and opened a register like it was no big deal. All the while I saw the manager walk by multiple times. I feel like they dont even dress in uniform either. Very sloppy service.

I just had the most unpleasant shopping experience. I spent $100+ and had a basket full in addition to my 18 month old in the cart. One of the employees told me I couldnt take the cart outside, I asked how I was supposed to get everything to my car and he said he would watch the baby while I pulled the car around. Yeah right...needless to say this was my last Ross experience!!

Check out time at this location is very poor most of the time The employees dont really care sometimes There are three of them one might be working and the other two might be just looking busy doing nothing and there will see a long line And do nothing about it there were at like you are not there

Great prices on a variety of goods, to bad their 55+ senior citizen discount of 10% is only available on Tuesdays, as I had my 75 year old mom with me & we both could have saved even more lol but its a clean store with friendly folks to assist you.

Cheep prices are great so at Ross you cant go wrong, more womens clothes then mens and the place is not very tidy, also it could be cleaner, but the main focus is the price and you will do good to find brand names at the low price at any other store

Friday of tax free weekend with 2 cashiers for purchases and returns. 10 people in line...unfortunate mis-managment. Store also poorly recovered. Usually do not shop here....now I remember why.
