Well, its kind of a large old navy store. This one is bigger than the one I used to go to. For the most part, the tables seem more organized than Ive seen before, but I didnt enjoy shopping here so much. Each time Ive been into this store, Ive been approached not once, but several times in attempts to get me to sign up for the old navy credit card, which Ive repeatedly said no thanks too. So I feel like they are too aggressive with this. I dont mind being asked. Its just not so much, as I would like to enjoy looking around. One of the people, whose badge said Stephanie, has kind of made me feel uncomfortable. I was in line and she circled around behind me and her rear bumped mine. I wrote it off as an accident, but then she did it again. I have two children, and am married. I think Ill just shop somewhere else from now on. This is my experience here, and Im sure others have noticed this.

Drove here just to buy a couple more pairs of old Navy jeans that I like and couldnt find one single pair my size. The store was a wreck and when I asked for help the young man mumbled and said everything was on floor. Cheri was at register and I told her I didnt find what I was looking for and she did offer to leave register to look for it. I said the other guy wasnt helpful and she agreed. What a messy store and what a waste from my time.

I couldnt find flattering short pants for my short legs anywhere! The staff was helpful even though its impossible to keep that place organized. I went in about half an hour before closing and not a single dirty look from an employee. They were sympathetic to my inability to find pants for my size, and I was even out before closing with their help! Love old navy jeans.

Theyve gotten rid of their fabulous sunglass rack things are hard to find they put items on display but then the display is not anywhere near where the item is on the rack or on the table There is nobody there to help you anymore and usually only one cashier and theres always a long line to check out theres not enough staff

Great store! I volunteer with a nonprofit who is sending clothes items to an orphanage in Uganda they worked with us, even though the line was long, they helped us out a lot and we were able to get great deals for the children in Uganda

Great sale! I bought four MLB tshirts for $50, so saved about $30. Service was friendly and fast, even though there was quite a line. The only drawback is that I wish there could be buggies for shopping, as I had a two year old in tow

Ive been in this store several times and have always had a good experience. In fact, no ones asked me to sign up for a card, they all just greet me and I carry on looking around and shopping. The lines usually move pretty fast too.

Worse customer service ever. One cashier checking people out. Ian was good at being a cashier manger on duty an another cashier werent helpful at all. Long line they could have helped check people out but didnt care to.

Overall I guess its not bad its just this store tends to always seem like its just been hit by a large crowd that had no idea how to put anything back on the racks or shelves correctly. Everything seems so disheveled

Good experience, lots of selections for the whole family, especially the baby. A good place to get a variety of licenced t shirts like MLB, NFL, NBA, Marvel, etc.

Never enough cashiers working. I left mynpike of clothes there more than once because it wasnt worth staying in the long line with only one person working.

Clean and relatively organized. Most old navys Ive been to look a wreck and this one didnt. Especially the clearance rack is what Im referring to.

If youre in a hurry, go somewhere else. Seriously! Apparently cashiers that cant cut it at the grocery store, go to work for this Old Navy.

I love this Old Navy. Staff is always nice and helpful. The only suggestion is that they need to have more cashiers during peak times.
