Let me say that I enjoy shopping at Palais Royal, just not this location. Where do I start customer service is substandard, clothes selection is dismal and the store layout is chaotic. At this location you can never find an item in your size, they never restock the shelves of merchandise, the shoe department is a farce, always have problems with coupons. I just would not recommend shopping here until they improve their standard.

Computer system doesnt work. Tried to return product, system didnt recognize receipt. When they tried calling they were on hold for 30 minutes and only moved 1 person forward in line..
