I dont even want to put 1 star on here. HORRIBLE experience. Bought item there and when we got home thirty minutes later it would not work and was broken. Called the store for an exchange or refund and they said I had to deal with the companys warranty and that Katz would not do anything even though I had literally just bought the item. I understand not taking back items that had been used for a refund we had just purchased it, and would have taken an exchange. Now they are expecting me to go through the warranty process for an item I have had for 45 mins and never worked!!! They basically said thanks for your $75, and screw you. I understand they cant take items back that could be used on people, but they could have taken the item back, given us a new one, and then THEY could have dealt with the warranty process instead of us having to and waiting 2 weeks to get a working product. RIDICULOUS! Dont shop here!

The other reviews on here pretty much sum this place up. Wish I would have read them before buying. They will NOT take returns. I literally just bought a massage wand from this place, and it did not work out of the box when I got home. They would not exchange it for me, and I was told the manager John at the Tomball location was off for the next 2 days. The girl working told me I would have to file a warranty claim with the wand company which takes 2 weeks. WOW what horrible customer service. Stay away from this place! They wont be around long treating customers like this. Spend your money elsewhere.

I had bought something from there right before they close andI had tried to go back in and return it but she had already locked me out the lady asked why we were in there for an hour and it was because the lady had felt unsafe and she wanted company because two males went in there and they told me that theres no possible way that I could return it because I bought it at 10:20 and there is an hour and a half in between when we were actually in there talking to the lady never left the parking lot

The store its self was nice, had a variety of stuff. There were 3 workers and two were nice, asked us if we were still doing okay and asked us if we needed any help but there was one lady that came off really rude and bitchy. Gave off a horrible judgmental vibe and I probably wont be returning because of it.

Nice clean store, and respectful staff. Not sure why people are angry with the no return policy. Reason I say is Ive gone there a few times, and each time they took out the toy to make sure it worked. It would be an obvious health hazard to take back items.

I was misinformed a lot. The positive reviews are fake for this establishment. I was not very happy that i returned 4 times over the course of 5 weeks just to be told the item i am looking for "will be in by next week". I never plan to return for any need.
