I spent over 200 dollars at this Ross, I simply asked the Ross associate by the name of ARNELL, do they no longer fold the clothes before bagging them? She had a smart remark of no, because she said that they get there performance check and they are ONLY required to scan and throw the clothes in the bag. (She was balling the clothes up, may i add) (winkles)The attitude was not necessary, but customer service is not what it use to be. Arnel, I would highly recommend good customer service etiquettes.

went to ross today with a cup of coke with lid on it and was approached by a man that works there and was asked to either sit down at one of their sitting locations at the front and finish my drink or throw it away. im 45 yrs old and hve never been told such a thing by any business in my entire life. i will never go back to ross and shop. LOL! so I left ross and went to marshalls and spent $400.

Maria Birch (Store Manager) said she hated when she goes and gets her nails done "when they start speaking in Asian, because she knows theyre talking about her" Another manager Zachary is my witness. Hey Maria "Asian" isnt a language and if you dont like it learn to do them yourself! Oh and btw writing "notes" about your employees isnt kind either.

There are a ton of items sold here from clothes, shoes bags to household items like furniture and kitchen tools. I like shopping here, although give it only 4 stars because every time I go to this branch and shop for clothes there is a very grumpy old lady tending the dressing room. Her mood always makes me feel uncomfortable to try on clothes.

I love the selection. They are pet friendly and there customer service was outstanding. I love that they have a no food and drink policy it keep the food from getting on the clothes or sticky floor like they have on marshalls that is just disgusting. There management team were very helpful and they saw to all my needs. Thank you so much Ross.

They usually have a great selection of quality products at great discount prices. It can be difficult to sort through all of the clothing because there is so much and it can be out of place at times, and not available in the sizes you need, but for the prices, that is to be expected. Service is generally mediocre

Some of the best prices in town, but this place is a hot mess every time Ive visited. Stuff is disorganized and thrown around so its hard to find things, and the line seems to always be twenty minutes long. Even if the line is short they rarely have enough people working to move the line any faster.
