I dont dislike the variety but I give it a three out of five because they will not hold an item for you and instead of letting you go home a short distance to get more mo for your purchase. They offer you to put it in layaway. Its there company policies I supposed but the manager at the front was like no we will not be hold anything and he was like soon as you walk out they are going to put your stuff back on the floor because at the end of the day they have to put everything back on the store floor. I left came back looking for all my stuff because they put it back but the were being spitful because I found alot of my items stuck in the back or other stuff. Wait before you think in your head they put them in the back of things they were trying to preserve for me because the other half of my items were put in plan view. They have alot of thing for furniture, towels, and anything you can mostly pick and take home. Just know you have to walk around in a crowd of people because you may kind a vase sitting in the middle of towels so that one of the down falls. Yes I will keep shopping there because the prices are wonderful after you get over the customer service and the line to the cash register loaded with a line of people that are always wrapped around.

Horrible people, I was at the store an hour ago, An African american Lady ( her name was Tesa) didnt take my shoes back since she didnt want to. She was forcing me to accept that we wore the shoes, however my husband tried on the carpet and he said they are small, She said take it back where you bought it. The shoes were in perfect condition ( even tho is a shoe and was already dirty when we bought it) and she didnt have any clue about their style and was calling the edges of the shoes chipped off . As you see the triangle edges were exactly like that when we bought it and I guess thats the new style or whatever Calvin Klein made. How come the shoes were rubbed so perfectly on the corners. We bought the shoes at Katy Mills As Is and the cashier told me you can return it like that at any store in Houston. Today was the last day to return them and with flood areas around my neighborhood because of the yesterdays storm,4/18/16. I had to return them to get my refund. Thanks to burlington for hiring mad people who have no feelings for the customers. I will never go back to this store again even tho is the closest to my house.

I love that they have car seats I love in stock and priced right. This particular trip I was looking for either a white dress or something red and black. I found a Calvin Klein shirt in a petite medium and it fit. Im hooked. Ive never been a petite medium so that alone was worth this trip. I love their selection and dressing rooms. Ive also purchased swim suits here, shape wear. Keep it up! Maybe I should have looked for water shoes here.

This particular Burlington, I dont like and I am trying to decide why not. Is it because it is newer? Is it because the way the store is displayed? Is it because the price seem to be much higher when item is mark. Is it because I cant find help. This was the experience for the on Hey 529. I am ok with the on in Katy mall even though they are remodeling. The employees very helpful. The store has things price so no guessing.

Hate this place my mom went today to get some clothing and a lady that worked in the clothing section told her that these 2 bras where the same price when my mom took them to the cashier the lady there took it and said they werent and tossed it the side and didnt even try to help my mother out though my mom wanted it

Very rude customer service when you doing a return.I was returning a dress bcoz there was a hole in the back I didnt see. It has a tag and everything. The lady was hesitant and had attitude towards me. I told her if they hadnt put it on the shelf in the first place I wouldnt have bought it.

Everything thing in the store is a mess.Its hard to find what you are looking for. Barely have my size a 3x and 38 to 40 waste. Just not my kind of place.
