I encountered this business and its owner Lyra in July, 2015. I left a lot of my designer purses, belts and clothes to be sold. I even kept coming back to buy and sell. I checked on the status regularly. First the owner said that although some items have been sold, there wasnt enough money to write a check and that she would write once it is above the minimum amount. The next time she said that I have over minimum amount and said "Ill write it out to you at the end of the month and mail it". I keep calling the store but the Lyra lady is not to be found. 2 months later, I still havent received the check and call the store and then visit. The girl at the store (Ashley) says that since I didnt pick it up in time, it went back to the store account and she cant give me anything. Not even re-issue the check. I asked if I can pick up my unsold stuff but she said that Id have to go around the store and find them. There is no way anyone can do it because 1. I dont know how they organize their merchandise and 2. for all I know, it might be in storage or at their home. I tried to resolve it with Lyra and she says that the stuff now belongs to the store. First off, they price expensive purses cheaper than dirt without telling/consulting or even notifying the owner. THAT IS NOT WHAT THEIR WEBSITE SAYS. Second, they have a "policy" to never call anyone whether to pick a check or to pick up stuff or even to say that things have sold. So, basically these horrendous people stole my money and stuff and I hope she goes broke as karma is a b****.

As a former employee of Pitter Patter Children Consignment I can say that the owner of Walk In Closet is COMPLETELY RIGHT and the complaints made are invalid!! In fact...their pick up policy is pretty lenient compared to most stores. Our consigners had 2 days after their expiration date to pick up and they also had to collect the items themselves. These stores do NOT call to tell you what every item will be priced and most dont mail checks! Your store is great and your policies are professional!!

Love this place...I shop and consign here ...owner is bubbly and awesome... Incredible deals on name brand clothing...the sales are great... tons of stuff $5 and under...plus they have layaway for designer handbags like Michael kors, Tory Burch, LV , Gucci .... I spend hours here when I go shopping and I find the best deals. Something for everyone here

We LOVE the new smaller location . Lyra and the new owners are great! There sales are awesome. They have 80% off sales all the time. (Woman Crush)Wednesdays and (Man Crush) Mondays are the best days to save on clothing. They Have 70% off selected items. LOVE LOVE LOVE....Always something new.

I love this new spot! They have the cutest shoes and friendly stagf I got me a brand new Steve Madden boots for $20 and almost new wedges for $6!!!! Cant wait to see the other stores they told me about.
