The store manager, Jenny, is rude and condescending to customers. Shoes I bought broke (Velcro came off so they shoes wouldnt stay on my 4 year old) and they "couldnt find it" on my rewards account (of course not, right?!) so they refused to stand behind their product. I called customer service and was on hold for 39 minutes because Jenny would not come to the phone. I am expecting a call back from the district manager, but not holding my breath that he/she will call. No wonder stores are having to close, no one wants to be treated that way when they are paying customers.

Im a "shop your way" member, but I dont always use my card, if I have the cash to pay for my purchase. I tried to return an item that I paid cash for without a receipt. I was denied, because there was no record of my purchase. I understand that it is no fault of the clerks, but I should have been able to return my item that still had the Kmart tags on it! Walmart lets me return items with no receipt! Wth!

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I went to talk to a manager about an issue I had and her response was what do you want me to do? Then she made a derogatory comment about her staff. I called and emailed Kmart customer serivce about the experience and I never got a response.

Waited for over 30 minutes to check out and there was only four people in front of me. It took over 30 minutes to get through three people. Also it wasnt just that once cashier the other two lines were just as slow!

Good store but they need more people checking out. There were only 2 checkers so it took a while. I still would rather go here than go to Wal Mart.

Has nicely prices merchandise and has name brands. The store is a little outdated, but it is not nearly as delapitated as people say Kmart is.

Good store and they usually have really good clearance deals! However, I wouldnt buy groceries from here..theyre way overpriced in my opinion.
