Worse store ever. I have lived in the area about 8 years and have managed to come in here twice. Sales people seem really lazy. I went in and they have all the dressing rooms locked except for one because they dont want to clean dressing rooms all over the store. Then when I came out one of the sales girls was throwing some fit because someone else had left clothes I guess all over and didnt hang the clothes back on the hangers. I could hear her just openly complaining and hitting something or stomping down the middle of the store. Really? Honestly if you dont like picking up and selling, you need to get a job elsewhere or just quit so other people who really appreciate their jobs and want to feed their families can work. Then I go to check out, the sales girl is sitting in a chair. Now I remember why I shop online and at Nordstroms. Such a different experience as I get I am comparing apples to oranges, but a shopping experience is still an experience. Try not to scare the poor customers out the door. At the rate they are going with the new Kimco shopping Grand Parkway Marketplace coming in early 2017, they should be out of business and looking for new jobs soon enough. Hallelujah.

Decided to visit Palais Royal for first time & definetly came out unhappy ! I was looking to buy a cologne for my bf & asked for help but lady pretty much ignored me until I called for her attention and she said she had other customers in line which she didnt. Than she tried to play it off and walk around and literally goes and asks random people if they need help. Of course they all say no than she tries to come back after Ive stood for while. Very bad customer service I understand its busy but nobody was calling for her attention. Her name is KATHY DELANI I BELEIVE

Absolutely the worst customer service!! One one of th bisiest back to school tax free days today, they were severely understaffed. As long line fored at the only 2 registers open in the entire atore, th manager was busy shining display racks and acted completely oblivious to the frustrated customers waiting in long lines. Many of the customer started talking about the manager, thes than 20 feet away who thought it more of a priority to shine hanging racks with plastic sacks then tend to frustrated customers, or help out her 2 cashiers.

Great sale prices and on top of that you can use coupons for additional savings. Clothes selection is okay, I buy from junior department because women dept is not my style and dont fit right. Im size 4. I wish the had a better selection in high heel shoes cause like I said they have good prices. Lines andcwait time are sometimes way too long but the ladies here are so nice!

I just wish the quality of garments was a little nicer. I also wish they had more than 1 person at a register. The coupon system makes people buy stuff 1 item at a time. So the people in front of me had 5-10 different sales. It took longer to check out than shop. Thats the main reason I dont go often.

For a clothing store this place is clean and organized, every staff member is helpful and normally are full of happy smiles. Also they have unbelievable deals. Ive saved so much in back to school shopping for the kids by going to the seals and grabbing a coupon book.

Love shopping here. Return customers are rewarded with discount coupons. Just yesterday I got a $40 dress for $8 using clearance and coupons. Two weeks ago I got 3 bathing suits for $50. All quality items.

I personally love the employees here! They are very helpful and friendly. There are times that the selection may be limited but they do generally have a good selection. There are sales almost all the time!
