Went in to exchange a Christmas gift and all was well until I was looking for a register to check out at when a cosmetic sales representative screamed at me from across the store I needed to check out at their backed up register rudely and I calmly asked if I could check out at the other register with no lines she yelled rudely again NO! I asked why? She replied rudely again JUST GO OVER THERE. I was about to just drop the merchandise and take my business elsewhere when a manager intervened and said hed check us out at his register. I dont know their policies or procedures but there definitely wasnt a sign or any kind of mandated material suggesting all cosmetics be purchased at a designated register. I will never come back to this location although the manager handled the situation professionally that associate should not be working in the retail field talking to customers the way she did here today with me.

This location has a new manager since mid October, I cant believe the difference in the store since they took over! The tables are actually folded and the racks are finally organized so I can shop without digging. Lots of good sales , but if they could just get a bigger parking lot...

If your looking for a retail store that gives you top-notch service,value your business and have a wide selection of merchandise; then DONT GO HERE. Lazy staff, messy store, limited sizes as well as a lack of a selection in shoes.
