This store has no customer service what so ever. I have spend my evening shopping around today with my husband for the soon coming baby as well as some stuff for myself, our house and few shirts for my Mr Wonderful. At the time of check out we spend over 20 min in line when there were only 4 people ahead of us. What I mean to say is that the 2 people at the cash register could not be slower even though the line only kept growing and they were in no rush to move the line. Long story short , one of the purchases I was making was tagged wrong, the difference in cost was less than $9 and it was mistags by Ross stuff. Ross refused to sell me the item even though it was tagged and sealed with the sensor. I asked to see the manager , I was dismissed, No apology, no explanation, I was simply told that I am not important and if I feel like I want to complain I need to call the number on the door. When I called the number to talk to general manager, the number I was so kindly advised to call, I reached the store manager on duty, same person who moved me and refused to sell me the item at the tagged price. Yet again the store misrepresented themselves, when I confronted the on duty manager, that he told me to call the number on the door , and I am getting to him again, he said to go on line , find out there number to the corporate office and get lost. How can people be so disrespectful to customers , needless to say I am upset, just to think how much of my money I have spend at the store and to be treated this way over mistake of ross employees accidental made when tagging the item as well as miss representation of the product all together. It upsets and angers me the fact that my evening was wasted, i was disrespected, whole situation was mishandled by the ross employees , and manager spoke in a dismissive manner and then just walked away to laugh with other employees who was just standing around not caring that the line of people was getting longer with every minute. In the society where customer service is valued I am shocked that no one cares at this store, I am so sorry I did not video taped and when i attempted to record and incident I was just moved away from the store. Needless to say I am not coming back to that place , a word of advise to shoppers, it that happens to you , video tape it, any lawyer will be happy to take them to court. If the product labeled with a tag , they have to sell it to you as they present it. Store is responsible for the work their employees do and all this over $9 difference in price , they love st a customer obtained a pain in the ass as I am not going to just let it be.

I dont shop at ross, but I went to ask about an item that my mom returned a long time ago b/c the money wasnt returned to her card and it has been over two weeks. I had the reciept and everything & I talked to the manager of the situation and all she gave me was a number OF COURSE. She went to the back to get the number, it took her like 5-10 min. Really? It takes less than that to get a number. Not only that, when she came out she passed right by me & didnt even look at me and gave the number to the greeter of the store & then he gave it to me. What is that? This is the manager im talking about here. It shows me that she didnt care about my problem at all. Never again.

I had a very humiliating unprofessional experience here with associates Briana and Kyle. They handled the situation very horrible they refused to give me their management phone number or even acknowledge they have a local district manager as a point of contact. Another associate was kindly trying to help them and they wouldnt even acknowledge or listen to her advice on how to handle the transaction. Overall worse experience in this location that I have been shopping at for years.

I love this place for the stuff and honestly though there is so much I dont like about it, I still keep going back because I love the deals. I get Calvin Klein dresses there, reg. $125 for $40 dollars. The dressing rooms havent been kept up and the bathrooms are a wreck. It is always really really busy and the wait in line is forever. You can not take the carts outside and they staff is more concerned about being fast than being nice.

This store need to have more cashiers working, every time we go with my wife there is a looooong line to pay, it´s really hard to find sneakers in size 16 and the styles most of the time are for basketball or cleats for football so it will be nice to have more variety on that, i guess the store need to enforced some kind of policy that not allowed kids running around the store yelling and making a big mess with toys and everything.

No problem with the clothing, thats great! Its the applying parts that gets me. I applied yesterday and told nothing but the honest truth and picked most responsible answer anyone would do and today I got an email saying that there are others thats could be better than me because of an honest resume. Guess they dont want trustworthy people.

Trash hole clothes on the floor and no locks on fitting rooms rude staff and I hate when the cashiers call the next people before I take my wallet out to pay and all they ever care about is how fast they do the job not about the customer

When I shop, this place is usually clean and have a good selection of clothes, shoes, and home items. At peak times it does have an extremely long checkout line, but usually have enough registers open to handle the situation.

Although a lot of the brands offered here are unknown you still cannot beat the cheap prices! Only negative thing is that theres a dressing room attendant which only allows you to try on a few items of clothing each time.

Great place to find deals on clothing and housewares. Not as well organized as a department store, but the deals are much better. The checkout line is usually long, but moves quickly.
