The staff that was there was friendly and very helpful. However, there was not NEARLY enough staff at this location! Those poor girls were working the best they could, but just couldnt keep up. Also, almost everything was labeled the wrong size, so people were having to pick through everything, which makes it so much messier and disorganized. Hire more employees so theyre able to stay more organized and caught up!

Im only giving this location a star because their wasnt an option for NO stars! The store has a great selection, but what good is it if the employees are walking around like they hate their job. Whatever happened to greeting customers or asking if they need help? Needless to say they ALL should be trained in customer service or at least pretend they like their job.

Worst experience ever at an Old Navy. Was looking around, I knew they closed at 7 so I was trying to hurry and grab a sweater for this cold weather and one of the girls was like "we are closing in 3 minutes." DONT have to be rude about it, maybe if you would of said it nicely! Never coming back, there are a dozen other Old Navys in Houston. Bye Felicia.

Ive been a coustmer at Old Navy as long as I can remember. All my jeans are from Old Navy. I was pleased to receive a call back from Old Navy and Ive been working there for theee months now and I cant imagine being happier working anywhere else.

Worst experience! Plenty of people working only 2 cashiers at the register 2nd time going and the wait is horrible to check out and return cashiers are slow and every single one of them on there cell phones. I will never go back there again!

My favorite store!!! Great selection, great clothing, great prices when you buy sale items. Store could be more organized and tidy. Some of staff is friendly, while others are kinda rude. Overall I still love the clothing!

Customer service needs to improve. No one greets you,nor make eye contact with you. Although, I love the clearance racks, the aisles are a bit over crowded with clothes racks
