I always shop express usually at memorial city mall. I recently ordered a jacket online which I didnt like so I decided to go the memorial mall express and see what I could exchange it for. I didnt find anything I liked so I said Ill just return it. I came to the line which was like 5 ppl deep and only 1 cashier. I wasnt in a hurry so I didnt mind. I finally got closer in line and another lady came to help at the register. Just by looking at her she seemed rude and in a bad mood. I had put my jacket a express outlet bag bc I had recently bought jeans for my husband there. I know I cant return from outlet to regular express. So I approaches the rbf lady and she didnt say hi how are you or nothing! First question was "did you purchase at the outlet"? Very rude and loud voice even before I was at the register!!!! I said no I bought online just used this bag! So she proceeded and I gave her my online receipt! This lady then said "next time you order online wed like you to use the shipping label to return in the mail bc its more convenient for us"!! WTF! Why would you tell your customers that! I do what is more convenient for me not you! I was so livid! But I stayed polite and just stared at her. She had me sign the receipt and I walked away she yelled um dont you want your receipt I said no and kept walking. I couldnt help but want to punch her in her throat! If you dont like your job! Then quit!

yesterday I bought a cardigan for 30$. original price was 60$ however I found this on the clearance rack that said "ADDITIONAL 30% OFF" so I shouldve paid twelve. I bought it for thirty anyway because I was in a rush and tried emailing them. after waiting for an email in which I got no response I tried calling and was on hold for 20 minutes. this is just ridiculous. it was the first and very last time I will ever buy anything from express.

this store use to be my favorite, I was an a list, I ordered something and took 2 months to arrive with a 7 day shipping. I got removed from the A list and today I tried to order something again and I cant even check out with the cheap website they handle! my items got removed and I have been trying for hours to purchase something.

Express is one of my favorite clothing stores but at this particular store when they have a sale going on they wont tell you anything about it until you ask them and they do not want to take any coupons you may have , this has happened to me and my brother a few times we only shop there because Memorial Mall is convenient to us.

Express used to be such a fun place to shop. This store is the opposite. There is a mess everywhere, clothes are constantly squished, flipped, with the missing stickers for sizes making it so difficult to find your size. No one is available to help as they seem to be always very understaffed. Ugh.

Nonapologetically horrible. My wife ordered a shirt for me. Backordered for months. They called and said it was ready for pickup. Before she got there (drove from home immediately) he staff decided to sell it from behind the counter. It was an ANNIVERSARY present!!!!! No one cared. Flippant.
