I have told the management several times at various stores how unethical it is to continually put tags through multi shirt bags (tshirts and vnecks). They look like they have been chewed by moths after one or two washes. This is just wrong. One manager at this store agreed if I were to bring in all the shirts this had happened to she would replace them no questions asked. I told her it was about fifteen or so, and when I showed up with the shirts she changed her mind and threatened to call the police when I called her on her bait and switch bs. The worst part is her Regional Manager never returned my calls and pleas to tell my story and rectify the situation. Give them money and buy from here, but horrid service after the fact. Bad ethics and all!

Horrible place to shop on , try to do a return and the manager in duty was so rude telling me I could not do it cus another employee with Ross mark on the receipt he should not be in this position if he cant even help the customers . -0

Another visit, many employees in store, only one person operating registers and returns. Line full of people. Manager going through returns instead of opening register.
