I have been to The Fort several times. The people were friendly and helpful every time. I have gotten some great deals on hats there and they are very good at shaping and sizing hats for you on the spot. I have never had a problem with rudeness though I am well mannered myself I usually get that in return. Great store and massive selection of western wear!

The customer service was outstanding. I dont know what store grammy went to but I thought that the people that worked in the store were extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to find the jeans I wanted. The store also has great selection. Thank you Fort I will definately be returning and telling all my friends about the store as well.

Super helpful and friendly staff. They are very knowledgeable about their products and I would definitely recommend stopping in when you have plenty of time to check out their selection of fine western clothing, boots and tack. If youre looking for mens suits, they have a great selection of colors and all appear to be of very nice quality.

This store has an amazing selection and the sales people are extremely helpful! I had never bought cowboy boots before and they helped walk me through all the different options and were patient as I tried on various styles! Cant wait to go back and get a 2nd pair soon! Thanks!

The sales person was very friendly and went out of her way too be helpful. I hadnt bought jeans for a long time, had no clue what size. She handed me ones to try on and they fit perfectly on the first try. I love my new jeans and I love shopping at the Fort!!!

Rude employees! I took my mom down to get some work boots like I have, however, we couldnt get an employee to help us. As I was ready to check out, stood there for quite awhile, I had to google the number to call and have someone check me out

I went there and I thought it was over priced and the customer service was awful. Never again will I go back. It is much cheaper if you order online the same items they have in the store.

I ordered online super fast shipping, correct size and product. Prices were not even competitive, they were a down right steal. Shipping was cheap..will order again for sure.
