I was looking at a pair of booties for the past few weeks. I finally made it to the closest JCP to my house. I was so pleased with the customer service. The shoes department associate helped everyone there to the best of her abilities even though she was swamped and did so happily and with a smile. I visited the Sephora store as well. I looked around for a clarsonic replacement brush on a twin pack. Again, the associates was able to help me with my questions and purchase. It was definately a wonderful shopping experience today! Way to go JCP!

I went to your store today, looking forward to a leisurely day of shopping, but instead was assaulted by loud music before I even walked through the door. Once inside the music continued to blare and at times there were two different songs playing in different sections. I couldnt get out of there fast enough. I dont know what clientele you are trying to reach out to, but its definitely not the over 50 crowd. I have no desire to go back.

Used to have more variety in clothes, but doesnt any more. They also took out the majority of the registers, so if its busy you end up waiting forever to check out. Last time I was in, I waited over 30 minutes in line. It wasnt moving at all and I ended up walking out.

This is an excellent JCPenney location. Its not as big as the Town East location, so the selection isnt quite as expansive in my view, but its extremely clean and the staff is speedy.

Very professional cashier with many years experiences, can handle complex payment quickly. Many dedicated old woman make environment very clean and comfortable for shopping. Love it.
