I came in to buy Cologne for myself and a purse for my girlfriend. Little did I know that I would be bombarded with horrible and rude workers. There was only one employee that was kind and stood out, Tracy. She was a blessing and helped us out in fragrance. Keep her and train the rest.

This isnt my "regular " Belk location but I shopped there with my Mom and sister. The sales staff pointed out where we would find what we needed. They werent overly helpful but not rude. This location is easy to miss from the highway. They have good sales so worth a visit.

Ladies restroom next to mens department was nasty and no toilet paper or paper towels. The carpet in dressing rooms are nasty. There was four of us ladies shopping and it was disappointing to all of us.

The staff is rude and the manager doesnt care even if you report it so I assume that is why they treat people poorly. Shameful. I believe any good reviews about staff are fake and done by employees

Looking for some shoes for my daughters birthday she wears a size 10 all the ones I wanted they didnt have in that size so that doesnt make me happy other than that the sales lady was really nice

I always find beautiful clothes here. They have nice jewelry, housewares, shoes & accessories among other things. Their sales are great and staff is friendly.
