Only sent half of my order. I will NEVER shop at rue 21 again! I ordered 5 pair of panties, a pair of sandals, some leggings, and a pair of shredded jeans. I received a notifications saying that a pair of my panties were out of stock, fine, I understand that. However, I was still charged tax on the panties that was "out of stock." Also, I did not received my shredded jeans. I was so upset to open my package and not have my jeans in there. I called customer service and was told that my jeans were marked "unshipped" and that she (the rep) didnt have any more details. That I should be receiving a refund. I wanted my merchandise NOT a refund. #Just lost a customer!

The manager and worker were both very rude. I worked at the same mall next to Rue 21, and they tried to tell me that I cant get a discount nor a refund. When I told them I worked there they started getting even more rude and were very unprofessional! The manager needs to be replaced or taught professionalism!!
