I always feel like I am being looked at like a thief when I visit this particular location. I am not sure why this is the case, I am not wearing baggy clothes or large jackets. The store has some of the longest lines I have ever seen. (This includes Walmart) the selection for home decor is always a mess and the staff looks overworked.

As with any reseller, the mens section is dramatically less than the womens. Overall, better organized than some of the ross stores Ive been to. Mens shoes are all over the place, though thats probably as much due to patrons as stocking/sorting employees.

At many times this particular location lacks a wide range of products. Many departments are stark in quantity compared to other Ross locations. Customer service here is usually efficient, and there isnt a large crowd or long line most of the time.

No one greeted me on the way in or the way out...as I walked out an employee nearly ran into me and still said nothing...very poor customer service...but Ross has good prices...guess thats why they dont waste $$$ on their custormer service dept.

I live in Mesquite, however, this Ross location is always clean, orgained which makes shopping so much easier. This Ross location is my favorite. I hate walking inot a store and its dirty, cluttered..I will turn around and walk out!

Its been a long time since Ive bought a shirt anywhere other than Ross. Decent selection and good prices. That being said, they really need to improve the overall quality and selection of mens clothing including jeans and shoes.

This Ross has a lot of stuff but rarely anything good. Seems to be picked over every time I shop. The Door security greater is always nice and the store is good at having plenty of check out clerks. Plus :)

Cheap prices. Just a cluster of stuff everywhere. Never clean. I couldnt even take my shoes to the dressing room to try them on with the clothes I was purchasing.

The size on the tag/sticker sometimes doesnt match the size on the actual garmet itself. Avoid returns/exchanges. Always double check both tags before you buy.
