Today July 17 2015 at 3:45pm went to this store. I usually would go once every two weeks to see the specials... my daughter who is 4 years old told me that she needed to used the bathroom, so I I went to the back of the store were stores usually have the restrooms. I saw a young men with glasses on standing by the door chatting with another staff members and I asked him for the restrooms. He told me that they do not have public restroom. I answered him that my daughter had an emergency but he still saying they werent allowed to provide restrooms for costumers. He left to the front were the cashiers are. Anothe young lady got out the door and I asked her for the restrooms and she reply that they do not provide public restrooms, once again I told her that my daughter needed to use it really bad and she said no but gave me the option to go to McDonalds in order to use the restrooms. By this time I was really surprised by her answer and I asked to speak the person in charge, she told me that she was the one in charge. So I told her that I would need someone above her and she told me that the assistant manager was in the front. And she left. I have gone to other Fallas Paredes stores and they DO provide with restrooms for costumers. I definitely wont be back to this store again. They are a public store so they have to provide with a public restrooms even more if is an emergency.

I called this store to see if they had long sleeve uniform shirts and was told by the manager that they did. I specifically said boys long sleeves and she said yes I have them. I get up here no long sleeves and then the lady at the counter tried to lie and say maybe she got confused and thought you said girls. I said no she didnt get confused I specifically said boys. They need to check first before giving a definite answer. I wouldnt have wasted the time of gas coming from Lancaster rd to pleasant grove. Then when the lady at the front counter called the manager to the front it took her 10 minutes to get there. Smh

I would have given Fallas a five star rating but it takes the Manager to long to decide to open a register when the lines or extremely long. "Thanks to the cashiers and sale people I enjoyed shopping at Fallas."

Decent store. A bit unorganized if you ask me youll have to have patience while trying to find anything specific. Some clothes have no tags...price check takes forever.
