I cant even start!!! I have went to this store twice and both times... The Lady that is in the back (fitting rooms) is EXTREMELY rude!!! The first time I went I just thought she was having a bad day so I let it go... This morning I went again and I decided to try on some jeans and didnt work out for me, so I was giving them back to her and she said for me to put them back where I got them from... I was speechless!!! I also asked if she had a basket because my hands were pretty full and she said that I could go to the front and get one. She saw me struggling with all the items and was not helpful at all besides being RUDE. I cant believe it. Not only that but there was the "security man" that didnt even bother to assist with any help. Im always very positive and happy but this here made me very upset.

The staff is rude. And the manager that was there he was super rude as well when I go with my mom to shop to any Ross store we always go to the same register at the same time but we pay separately and this time this guy told me very rudely to get back in the like and wait till he called me and I tried explaining to him and he would just keep on telling me to get back in the like in a very rude way and then when it was my turned he was mumbling things under his breath and it sounded like mean things. He never said hello or bye like the other employees do in the other stores. I dont remember his name but he was a black male in his late thirties they better staff and managers. Never coming back again

Listen to these reviews. This store is horrible. Rudest cashier experience Ive ever encountered from this old hag named Nancy (5/1/17 @ 9:40am). I was not greeted as I came to the counter. When she was done scanning my items, she said cash or card but didnt tell me my total. I asked for my total and was ignored. I figured, "she didnt hear me, Ill read it on the card scanner." After inserting my card, I guess I was taking too long to enter my PIN and she impatiently started tapping the counter and rudely told me "Arent you gonna do what it says?". Finally, when my receipt came out she pointed at it and told me "Well, theres your receipt...", as if it were my job to get it.

It is slow or should I say the cashiers are slow! Not to mention when I do an exchange I have to go through 2 lines and then still have an elderly white lady if I went through both lines. She is rude rude!! By the way I am in line now and it is taking forever! Bathroom is also nasty!

We go there every time we visit the family here, and we always end up finding something useful whether it be clothes, shoes or other items. If we go again after a week or so there doesnt seem to a lot of new things. But it is great when you only goes once every two years :)

I use to like shopping at this Ross 10 years ago when all of the employees were working very hard to keep the store clean and professional. Now it has turned into a playhouse and it seems like all of their employees do not get along or even communicate.

Love this store. Sure its crowded but at least manager is watching and always opens more registers to serve the customers. Brands, merchandize ets depend on location - better to say a choice and variety depend on people who live around.

They only have two registers open at a time. They made this lady that was standing in the returns/exchange line stand in the purchase line. The purchase line had maybe ten customers in line at the time. Horrible customer service.
