This post is for baby gap and kids at Allen Premium Outlets African american manager was extremely rude to me and my kids this evening. I went to shop for our summer vacation with my 10 year old and 2 year old and Im 8 months pregnant. Thank God my daughter was helping me with my little one, the manager made me feel like no one has ever made me feel at a store he was looking down on me never offered to help and I asked him one question and didnt feel like asking him anything else by his response. He acted like he was being bothered by customers around him. This is his job and its a baby and kids store! I live in Allen and love shopping at the outlet store but honestly he made me feel very uncomfortable! By the look on his face like he was offended looking down and with a long face never once did I see him smile or look at anyone. Even my daughter taught he was so rude to us! I hope he was having a bad day! But he shouldnt take it on customers or their children! I asked the cashier helping me out if I could sign up for email alerts and he made her write my email down so she could put it on the system later to rush me out of there! I am not happy with his attitude at all! I really hope next time I go I dont have to deal with the same attitude!

Terrible customer service. I had a whole bunch of clothes in hand and ready to pay and was told 2 minutes before 9 that they were closed. They didnt even let me pay. Ill never come back.

You can find good deals, however as far as outlet stores go.. both sales and choices are a bit limited compared to other Gap Outlet stores.
