I had heard this place would pay cash for your lightly used clothing, then resell the items. My mother recently passed away, so when I was faced with the task of cleaning out her closet, I took her clothes (except what I thought was stained, damaged and not useable) to this shop. I had to leave my stuff for them to sift through and after a three hour wait they were prepared to make an offer of $33.00 for eight items out of an entire walk in closet worth. They then gave me some really lame excuses why the stuff is not good enough - for example, I was told my stuff was torn/ripped, missing butttons, stained, and just not useable. Meanwhile there were several pieces that still had the original store tags, or still pressed and wrapped in the plastic from the dry cleaners. They tell you this stuff, but wouldnt take the time show me. To top it all off the staff comes across as extremely rude and act as though they are better than you. I can promise you now, I will never venture into this store again, and I will never recommend this store to anyone unless they are wanting to know how to waste an entire afternoon.

I always have good results with them when i take in my things. Knowing how particular the owners are about their selections makes it easier. Keep in mind if you would give it to a friend vs. only giving to charity, how old is it, is it in good condition, is it something that is still classic or fashionable? Those things make the process easier. I find that shoes are the hardest thing for them to take. Ive had shoes i wore once and they wouldnt take them for whatever reason, but overall my selling experiences have been good. I go with the mindset that whatever doesnt sell to them is then ready to go to donation center and bless someone else.

I brought very high end jackets in and they couldnt take a glance and tell me they werent interested (which is shocking...not sure what they are wanting but it wasnt worth the time I spent registering on their tablet) instead they Te t you a few hours later and have you drive all the way back to tell you they are sorry but not interested... Very snooty, dont tell you why they dont like your high end items and send you out the door. No suggestions. Never again. Horrible business.

I was told it would take about an hour so I opted to wait in the store and look around. It took them two whole hours and when I got up to the counter the last told me they could not make an offer on all 5 of my bags because all of my stuff was junior brands. Funny because I saw the same pair of shoes that I brought for sale and plenty of stuff from forever 21. I had plenty of things from Dillards, guess, etc. This was a horrible experience and I will not be going back.

Customer service (if your buying is good) Customer service if your selling is terrible. I was told 30 minutes, an hour later the woman helping me stopped with my transaction to help a woman pick out earrings. After another 30 minutes of selling her jewelry she returned to my three items and finished. I felt like because I was selling, I was unimportant to them. Rather give my things to Goodwill.

Visited this store to see how their buying process worked and to see what items they have. Over all customer service was ok. They didn't really seem to care that I was brining items in. Priced offered was extremely low given some items were new with tags. Items in the store were good quality, but priced high for used items.

First time selling my used clothes. When I dropped my bags off, I was pleasantly surprised to get the offer to buy my used clothes. Considering that I was going to drop them off at a thrift store for $0! I enjoyed the staff, the atmosohere, and the overall experience.

Nice, big Clothes Mentor with a wide selection of womens clothes, including plus sizes and maternity clothes. I love their huge scarf collection, too! Super friendly staff, nice fitting rooms, and well-maintained store.
