Happy Guy

Staff is very unhelpful. Ignored and treated rudely when asking for help. 3rd time to this location. Same behaviors each time. Today I asked about a shirt as a gift in another size. The guy working there said they didnt have it, looked it up and said Wiilowbend had it. Asked him to please call that store to hold it and was told "we cant do that." Knew that wasnt true. Willowbend validated my complaint. Considering how empty Village at Fairview is, (nothing can stay open there it seems), you would think service would be better. There was no one in store except 2 employees. Word to the wise, just because Im not in my 20s doesnt mean its acceptable to behave that way. I needed a gift for someone who likes Express clothing. People my age are the ones with the money to spend. Not your college pals. Pay attention!

I went shopping with my birthday certificate (emailed to me by Express) and after spending 45 minutes picking out clearance items I was told they wouldnt honor my birthday code. It doesnt give restrictions on the "coupon" and Ive used it every year on clearance items for as long as I can remember! And they admitted that the code will work and some stores will use it but they WONT.

Nice staff but they never have a good selection. Came to look at dress pants and there was Columnist and Slim (3 pairs)... really?!? No Editor? Nothing. I dont know why I keep wasting my time trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt because its close. Ill just go to the mall. So sad.

Excellent service! The staff is very attentive and willing to help! I noticed they did not have some jeans in my size, they gladly ordered them for me and had them delivered to my house for FREE! No that is 5-Star service guys!
