I went in today to pick up some suits for some upcoming interviews, and had a mixed experience. The quality of the product K&G offers appears to be good. The layout of the store could be better. The Mens Separates are under the Womens sign, but I guess it feels good to have a store 80% to us (men) kinda like women have every department store 80% to themselves :) While I was changing, I had the unfortunate interaction with Harry in the dressing room where I had hung up 3 suits I was looking at on the only rack I saw in the area, but was told by Harry that I needed to find another place to put them...like I work there and knew my options. Midn you, this is the first interaction I had with anyone there, since it appears they run the store like an Ikea where youre supposed to help yourself. Then when I asked him if he wanted me to put them in a dressing room, he pointed to one and said, "That is a dressing room" with an attitude I might expect at the K&G over in Lewisville...but not Plano. Thankfully my experience was saved by Cindy, the tailor. She made suggestions based on how the suit should fit, pointed out the ones I had chosen that looked best for my body type, and kept the amount of tailoring required to a minimum. This is the experience I would have expected from every employee in the store. Thanks Cindy!

We ordered a suit for our son with pickup time this Saturday. Our initial visit and fitting was fine but we got very bad service when we went to try on the suit a week later. Place was not busy but we were treated very rudely by man behind counter. He did not greet us made us walk back and forth for my sons suit instead of bringing it to us, as we are customers and he works there. The man did not say one word to us the entire time. We were planning to buy a tie but after his frosty attitude I decide against it or to buy anything else from store.

Had a good experience at this particular store. Forgot the name of the guy that helped me, but one of the sales associates helped me to find suit pants that I needed to exchange for pants I previously purchased. Not only did he help me find them, he noticed that I was overcharged for one of the sales I took advantage of and he refunded that money to me. I was happy with the honesty and the extra money in my pocket.

This place sucks per assisting customers. Just wander around the store, and stand and wait at the register. Cash ? No matter. They dont even care. Youre going to wait, and get no apology for your time lost. They wont even look in your eye. Burlington is across the street. Wont see my face here again.

I Am That Amazing

I had a Great experience. This is why, I walked through the doors 3 minutes before closing and ran through the aisle to get a few things. Then a nice gentleman asked to help. Usually in many places at that time the doors will already be closed. But no. K&G s was not. Great service.

Not bad, the mens casual/dress pants look very nice, but theres not much I like about k and g. I pretty much only like their mens casual pants. I do like that they offer men clothes for different activities, even sweat pants to wear around the house during cold winter nights.

This particular location is extremely rude. I was not greeted coming in, asked if I needed help or acknowledged upon leaving. They have a decent selection of dress shoes in my size which is why i gave 2 stars but other than that, sales staff has horrible customer service.

Horrible selection of dress shirts. No longer carry the classic white Windsor collar with fresh cuffs. You have a bunch of country dressing black dudes that this store has now caterer to......go back to the original K&G style

Always friendly and helpful. They usually have a great selection of items to choose from at a reasonable price. I can sometimes get better quality items for the same price by catching a sale at Macys.

Very good shopping experience here. All the staff I encountered were friendly and quick to offer help. I didnt give 5 stars because they did not have smaller sizes in some items. Will shop here again
