Love Ross! This location is well maintained and easy to access off Hwy 121/Sam Rayburn Tollway. Its usually busy, or at least the check out lines are long. Id rate it higher but the store always seems like its been wiped out after a big sale. Merchandise selections are very slim in many departments. I used to find so many things to buy I had to pick my favorites. Lately it seems I cant find anything to buy. The check out lines are usually ridiculous. They would not be if there were more than one employee checking people out. Every once in awhile I get a friendly associate but most of the time they seem like they are stressed and want nothing more than to be at home. I also thought it was strange that several tell me to tear off my own receipt! Ive put my selections back many times because I didnt have time to stand in a line six people deep with only one register open. Im sure that doesnt help sales and Im not the only one who leaves. Security is big at Ross and there is usually a security guard at the door. Id cut security in this area and put another associate at the register! I still shop there and would recommend the store. But certain improvements should definitely be a priority!

Bad customer service. I got in line behind the only other customer waiting. While we were waiting, 3 other customers created a line on the other side of the divider. The customer in front of me was served. When I stepped forward next the cashier said I was in the wrong line and I could either get behind the 3 people who lined up after me or stay where I was and hope another cashier came to the front. When I pointed out that I had gotten there first, I was told she didnt serve people standing in the wrong spot despite the fact she had checked out the woman in front of me.

Our daughter was accused of theft here by a rude manager. She was trying on clothes in the dressing room--not even trying to leave the store. Of course, she wasnt stealing anything. Is this normal for customers to be treated this way here?

I would give them zero stars. Was shopping and they only had 1 cashier. I inquired and they said the other cashier available on a Saturday evening was in break. Line with 20 people and the 1 cashier was taking returns.

The lines are too long, and its ridiculous to have returns at the front of the store at the checkout. This interferes w the people who are not returning merchandise. Need to get a new system checking out and w returns.

This store is highly understaffed or staff is not allocated to appropriate areas. My wait time for check out was almost 32 minutes. REALLY... If I didnt need sheets for my daughters bed, I would have left.
