I went here recently and it was a total fiasco. First of the store was a complete mess despite having more people working than shopping. I was looking for khaki pants and the pants werent sorted by anything so I had to sort through not only all the styles, but also cuts and sizes to find the only pair they had in my size, half of which didnt even have the sticker on the leg so I had to find tags. Then when I got to the register there was one person in front of me, who decided to sign up for the credit card but the cashier didnt call for help until 15 minutes later (yes, I timed it) at which point the line was past the line area and starting to wrap into the store. Another cashier did finally saunter up, but then rolled her eyes when I asked if the match online prices (which is a no). At that point I decided I just needed to leave the store rather than argue, but I can promise you I will never go back.

Items marked for sales did not ring up correctly at register and the Cashier "Chris" never stopped talking, ever. She got on the radio and dramatically complained and scolded someone about the incorrectly priced items, obviously as a show for some reason, it was so uncomfortable. Then she just kept talking, complaining about drivers, parents, everything, all without answers or reciprocated conversation. Then at the end of the transaction she answered a call while finishing up with us, the caller clearly wanted to know if they were open on Easter (the day we were there), she said they were and gave the hours, then hung up the phone and said "Loser" intentionally loud enough for us to hear and laughed. Definitely not someone who should be in a customer facing role, and would cause us to turn around and walk away if we saw she was behind the register if we were to return.

This is a two level Old Navy with womens and work out gear on the bottom floor (with access to street level shops) and mens and kids wear on the top floor (with access to the Whole Foods parking lot) It was difficult to find selections of mens clothing in XXL sizes (including waistlines of 40-42) and nothing at all bigger than that.

I never rate stores, but you need a warning before you walk into this one. The quick change rooms were a mess- I went in two different ones and there were clothes piled every where. The cashiers were so slow, even though the customers only had one or two items.

Cashiers were so rude and mean to the customers. The cashier was helping someone she assumed didnt speak a certain language and decided to talk about her to her co-worker. Rude! Check out was so slow.
