This location the worst old navy I have ever seen. I shop this weekend. I can let the mess slide since it is the weekend. I needed to go back today Monday to exchange an item. I asked the cashier a question and she just answered I dont know. This is a question in regards to my debit card charge back. A responsible associate would say let me get someone that can answer your question. At the end of the transaction I waited for a thank you. But nothing just rude. I looked at her and said to her thank you and have a great day. All she did was call for the next in line. Heck Saturday as I walked up to the line at the dress area the guy there said do you need a room. I said yes. His reply was well there is not one... Rude go to another location

My girlfriend went to this location for a part time job interview and was told by the manager Lore pronounced (Lori) that she "clearly didnt have a sense of judgement for fashion and highly recommends to wear her best" for the next time she has an interview. My girlfriend is an assistant manager at a very well known department store...her sense of fashion is right on point. Since when did slacks and a nice shirt become "underdressed" for a job interview? As a manager you need to keep your mouth shut about other people, you arent in position to judge people!!!

Went in this old navy to do an online return I specifically told the guy that the card I used was a prepaid card and if possible that my return be put on another card ....so as he finished he told me that he couldnt do that but mind you he acted as if he could do it in the beginning so he put it on the card I told him not to and had to void everything out..old navy have a really old method of putting a credit on another card its all done by a gift receipt and scanned and put back on the card

Im a fan of Old Navy in general. Staff here can be pretty dismissive of the customers and the checkout line is ridiculous at times (slow, slow, slow cashiers). I dont think the prices are that bad, and if youve ever been in one of these stores then youve pretty much seen them all.

There is 10 billing counter but only 3 staff are working that also busy day weekend evening time please management need to be attention costumer waiting waiting very long time for the bills." Shopping time is 30 minutes billing time is 40 minutes horrible

Very friendly, clean and comfortable. I had a great experience. Subtotal was $176.32. I then applied and was approved for an old Navy line of credit, and I left spending $86.44 after all applicable discounts. Outstanding.

Customer service here is horrible. Tried to return some clothes and they refused to give a refund. When I asked what could be done, the manager said, a slow voice, that they would not take them back. VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!

jacked up prices to show discount on clothing. Staff keeps talking in the middle of the isle and not helping customers. You will same multiple price tag during their sale where they increased price to meet the discount.

Twice went, twice waited in line forever. It takes about 15 min to get through 4 customers, generally 8-10 people in line. All of the dressing rooms had piles of clothes in them and the one I used hosted many bunnies.

Have you seen the store at this Frisco location since they renovated it? The check out line is much faster and the dressing rooms are now centrally located. Much better now!
