Very Disappointed. Bought a last minute sari for a wedding which was in a weeks time. Didnt get a chance to try it there since store is so packed and disorganized with no proper lighting to really show the clothes. Got home tried it and didnt think the color did much justice to the sari, so called the owner up and asked if i could either change color or find something else in exchange for it. She showed no concern for the fact that I was not happy with the product. I tried explaining that i didnt want the money back ($200), just wanted to exchange for something better! So its their policy not to accept returns or exchanges, which was not mentioned at the time of the sale. I thought customer service would be an asset to any business who wants returning customers, but I guess it is NOT their policy to give Excellent Customer Service, which would have left a lasting impression and confidence to recommend them to others . Overall, there is no appearance to the store and no attempt is made to make it inviting. I have learnt my lesson and I do not recommend this store especially if you really need a sari! When you get home and you find its not exactly what you had in mind; youll be stuck with it like I am, and hopefully you will not lose $200 like I just have done. Still cant believe the Owner was so short and disrespectful. Totally agree with the review below by Van.

I love everything about the place the costumer service and the sarees are amazing I got something different but there great people and are ready to serve you and help you out there this lady there maybe in her 21 year old but she was so nice and mesured me once I was there she helped me out through the whole process I am thankful to have had a nice employee help be through the beginning and end they were grate and I found my dress the same day it was amazing I loved it ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ 5 star just great I would suggest go over there .they are amazing really good quality dress decent price what more could you ask for LOVE the place and will come back to get a wedding dress later on

very bad service, first of all when we were gone to buy dresses, sales girl/ she has no interest to showing anything, so finally second girl helped, we bought four dresses, where we did understand there is no return or exchange for dislikes. but they actually has a damage to dresses, and when i call for concern, they said they will patch it up for dresses. i am paying for new dresses not old . if there is material defect they need to replace it not to patch it. they always can send back to vendor. very disappointed.

The store is a huge mess, overprice items and the customer service here is horrible. Upon Upon entering the store they took my measurement and told me the size to buy. Unfortunately that size was incorrect and the dress I bought did not fit me at home. They refuse to exchange for a larger size. Even in India store managers will exchange products to keep their customer happy. The store manager of Asia Boutique & Saree Center has just lost a valued customer. Ill take my business to Amazon.

Clothes are old , overpriced, and had stains and torn in many places, too congested racks....very difficult to choose one from the rack, while you try to move some to make space, the very helpful girls will stuff more on the rack....will ask you to hold clothes and they put it back while you are shopping...not much of customer service either...

I go into this store often and they have great stuff. We always bargain with them on the prices and they normally come down a little. The prices are higher than India, but better than other stores in the area. Ive had some of my saris for years and they are still in good condition.

Got an anarkali suit for 50% off... Didnt realize that meant it would be torn and have holes in it. Came home to find fabric coming undone at seams and net fabric tearing in places. Check your inventory and stop selling torn clothes at discounted prices please.

Bought a jewelry from them. They,ve pretty decent collection with reasonable prices but what i didnt liked was their fixed price policy which is actually good because youth like me dont know how to do bargaining like my mom.

Very nice and customer friendly for first time experience. Helpful with your sizing, young lady helped my daughter find a perfect Saree and showed her how to tie. They also have very pretty jewelry to accompany each outfit.

Got an incredible deal on a Sherwani for my wedding. Their selection is huge and the people are genuinely helpful. I went to a couple places and no one comes close. Save yourself some time and go to Asia Boutique first.
