I went in to get my daughter her prom dress and we found an amazing dress that she loved. We put it on lay away and the next week when I went to go pay on it the dress had gone down in price almost a hundred dollars. When I asked if they honored the sale price she replied "no we dont." Also the dress needed to be altered, and when we first tried the dress on the lady told us they could take it up on the bottom and the top. When I came back the seem stress told me the skirt was "too full" for her to take up and shed have to get on the floor which she was not going to do. Not to mention the fact that it took me 20 minutes to find the seem stress because one person told she wasnt there, one told me she was, and another said she was there but wasnt taking anyone. Finally someone showed me to her. I will never purchase another thing from them.

The dress they have are a good range of styles, and sizes. I ordered my dress on a Wednesday and it came in on a Saturday. I went to pick up my dress and i tired it on and there was a stain right in the front. Of course I asked for another dress and the manager told me i would get a new dress ordered since my event was a week away. Well i received a call that Tuesday that my dress had came in. I went that day to pick up the dress and it was the same dress. They say they removed the stain instead of ordering another dress. Needless to say the stain was gone, but the water rings were still there. I was furious. I will NEVER order another dress from them. I despise liars and cheats.

Nice selection but the employees are SO rude. After trying on several dresses, we were told that we had to register our daughter. When I questioned it, stating we had been trying on dresses, her only reply was " My manager said." Who has time to register then scan each and every dress the girls try on? They claim its to make sure no one wears the same dress at the kids schools but I called BS on that and we left. If you have patience, can speak Spanish fluently and dont mind dealing with rude people then this place is great If youre just shopping around and have zero tolerance for condescending and unhelpful folks, steer clear.

They suck.. When I walk into dress salons, the owners ALWAYS greet me. I went a a couple of weeks ago and the experience was horrible. I walk in, and nobody greeted me. Nobody bothered to ask if I needed help, they just stared. Those bitches were just talking about their weave, and were playing around instead attending to me. I wanted to try on a dress in the dressing room around 7:10, and the doors were locked, and the young hoes working there just stared at me holding my dresses that I wanted to try. So I left the store.

Went there asked an employee how much my dress was she told me a price. Then another employee saw the dress and heard how much she told me so she went and got the manager and told us we couldnt have the dress for that price. We asked multiple time to confirm the price until we went to pay for it. Than there unprofessionally dressed manager says they wont give us the price and flat out didnt care. This place is a joke. Dont get your heart set on something until you go to pay. Crooks!!!!!

Rude Employees dont pay attention to thier customers. They dont even greet thier customers. Also, the alarm ALWAYS beeps and they dont even check if anyone stole anything or if it was a false alarm. One of them made a disgusting sound at me. Im currently in the store seeing how rude they are to people waiting. -_- (Nice selection of dresses though). I will give a good review if we get a dress that looks EXACTLY on the display (no stains , no turns, no anything.)

They are completely horrible the dresses look chessy and cheap and they charge so much for it and there polices arent even stated and now I just lost 165$ on a dress I will never wear or get becuase they had "polices" that wouldnt allow me to take my lay away money and turn it for a new dress Ecspecially since my dress was a freaking floor model that needed cleaning THIS STORE IS TRASH GO TO JEFFERSON STREET THEY HAVE GREAT QUALITY DRESSES. I came to your store about a couple days ago, Saturday April 2, 2016 to be exact, and I was "helped" by a lady of the name Alicia and she was terrible! She was suppose to help me but when I would ask a question or ask for a dress didnt know where anything was and had an unpleasant attitude. I recommend you double check your employees before hiring them. Know that I will never go back nor recommend this store. God Bless.

Dress up was very courteous and friendly when it came to assisting with prom dresses for our event. We were thankful for their willingness and patience to work with us through the selection process. Didnt have sizes, didnt say if this is the only color the dress come in, didnt show the back of dress. I think the most important thing was size and price. But love the dresses but I would hate to drive on the other side of town only to find out not in my size or the other women and price. Thank you

Came to this location at 10:05 am. Pulled on to the doors to get in and it was locked! A Hispanic looked and me and waved me away as if they werent open yet.! They wont ever have to worry about me as a CUSTOMER BECAUSE I WILL NEVER RETURN! Looks like very cheap dresses anyway!
