Pros: Youll find a nice variety of mens dress clothes in an assorted of sizes at a reasonable price. Plenty of Big & Tall items from which to choose. There are several Buy 1 get one at Half-Price sales. Cons: Extremely slow checkout. Both times I went, it was 10 minutes before I was able to approach the counter. Then, the second thing out of the mouth of the associate was, "Whats your Phone Number?" My privacy is important to me. I dont care to be listed in another database, or care to receive calls from companies trying to sell me something. Both times, I told them, "I dont care to provide a phone number. I only want to purchase this item." Then, I was treated like a Jerk. The associate wasnt rude. But, they gave me short shrift. If you decide to purchase a pair of socks or bow tie at K&G Fashion Superstore, be prepared to provide them with a working phone number. If you dont . . . youll be labeled a Jerk."

The manager which i forgot his name but iknow it either started with a D or R not quite sure, was very rude just while i asked a simple question. I had been told that they could hold the suit for 1-2 days, so i made sure before trying everything on. As i asked for the manager, he quickly said no that only for that day, knowing i told him that i had switched banks and they had told me they could hold the suit for 1-2 days he quickly ignored me and had a mean look on his face. As if ge was mad cause i was not going to buy it. But the people fitting you for a suit are nicer. than the management. ..... I hope it wasnt racial aspect. If they want to get people in they need to get their customer service right! I get better service at MacDonalds for a Machicken.

The customer service at this store leaves all frustrated and discouraged. With 50 customer s in line there are 3 cashiers....1 takes new customer ever 15-20 minutes....issues issues issues. Whoever the manager is, ought to take inventory of whats happening and hire more people, even if just for holidays... as well as take customer service classes

I dont expect the kind of service here that you would get at a suit store but you do expect to be spoken to. You get better customer service at Popeyes Chicken spending $2 than you get in this place spending $400. As far as merchandise, youre better with another review but I CAN tell you about the service. I wont be back.

Great store, clean, nice sale items. Only two people working the counter and only one of those two can so returns so line was a bit long to pay. Does not honor Retail Me Not or any other coupons except the ones they text to you, so dont even try using them.

They have good clothes with good prices but selection is limited for women. Clothes jammed together. But name brands abound here.Kind of hard to navigate because store is cluttered. Just too busy with all the clothes jammed together. They meed a decorator.

They had what I needed but customer service is terrible no one greets you no one offers to help you. I really wanted the suit but the customer service just cost them a good sale and a potential customer. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here.
