Good clothing deals! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS! Years ago they had great customer service but thats long gone. Every time I go they NEVER know what theyre doing and theres always new people working every time i go! I love the deals on clothes but holy cow the employees are really not that bright. Bought a pair of pants one day, had to wait at one register for like 10 minutes, left to the jewelry department, checked out got a discount and walked out the door the guy was still helping the SAME customer and even the manager didnt know what she was doing, bought suit shirts and got measured wrong, got home and realized had to go back and waste time because employees never know whats going on. Will only go back for the good deals on clothes, but will have to deal with the slow terrrible service.

I went to buy watch here , date today(sep-17-2016) i drove 3 hr from Aberdeen,SD to fargo just to buy watch and some clothing stuff because in Aberdeen it is hard to find. Very firstly i went to watch store to buy as he seem to be talking with one customer after long wait asked if he can show my desired watch he said "cant you see i am busy" . I felt like coming to hell. My mood to shop went horrible. I will not come back to this store and i never say anybody to go to this store. Weird customer service.. I am feeling like why did i come here. I was polite to him why cant they be polite to us and say "please hold for a time ".

Worst customer service ever. I was trying to buy fine jewelry and I was asking questions to the guy whos working there, as soon as he saw another customer he told me "youre not buying anything so let me go help the other lady" just like that. I was so shocked. I told him that I spend so much money on your store and thats how you treat their customers?? Just horrible, even management is useless

Terrible customer service! My husband and I stood in line for 20 minutes to buy one dress shirt only to have the cashier to say "I cant help you" and she dashed off. She could have said something before we waited that long. So then we had to wait another 15 minutes to get checked out!

Customer service is beyond horrible. "Michelle" needs to take classes in customer service. Also do not advertise 50-70% off and not honor it when your merchandisers mess up. Lost a customer.
